As of 17 July 2008, they were out of fuel and "don't know when the next shipment will arrive." Call first! (320) 732-2167, -1940, -4717, -3827

The woman at the old number says the number to call is now 320-732-1940 - but I have had no success at reaching anyone there - no voice mail or anything. A shame that any airport would be so abandoned.

Contacted Deb at Ph 320-732-2167 for information. It was a delightful stop, with clean facilities and Cold!! pop in an old fashioned machine. There is a DTS aviation terminal inside. The ramp has been resealed, the runway nice with no obstructions.

Landed Sat.6-9-07 One of the local guys by the name of Bob was so very helpful, showed us where the fuel keys were. There is a mobile home there and someone should be able to help if he is not around. It maybe a good idea to call ahead. Fuel price at $3.50 is fair. I'll stop again!

Just talked to Deb at Ph 320-732-2167 She was very helpful said gas was about to go up to $3.50 as they had not had an increase in a long time. No credit cards cash or leave your name and address amount taken and they will invoice you. Honest people!

Stopped on the way back from Alaska. It was getting dark and I needed some fuel. No one was present but I did find the key, added fuel and found out how to use the courtesy van (by calling the police department). Tied down, drove to town, stayed at a Super 8 and ate at a DQ. What could be better? It wasn't easy, but perservere. It is a nice place to stop. They have computer access to weather also.

Tried two listed numbers 320-732-3827 and 320 766-4717. The first, a lady answered and she did not live there anymore. No more information. The second, a Cellular One number is no longer in service. I tried a third 320-260-1008 and left a message to confirm they are still in business....
