The King folks are great-- I used to tie down my plane at 1B9-- they work hard to keep the runways clear during the winter time and go out of their way to make sure that tenants' planes are secured during windy/stormy days. The flight school/FBO is a great place to meet people to talk about flying. Now I live out west but definitely enjoyed my experience at Mansfield.

Very friendly and efficient. On taxi in turned off at the end of 32 and straight shot. Golf cart escorted us in with radio. Parked for Great Woods show, and walked over. 40 minute walk. FBO stayed late and was there at 1130 when we got back to let us in. Said no charge but left 20 dollars, how can you beat it?

As I was taxing in Jeremy (Unicom) called me with instructions on where to park (right out front). Jeremy was very friendly and filled the fuel up quickly while I enjoyed a little sunshine at the picnic tables outside. Nice airport with friendly reception.

I have to say the people and staff that work at 1B9 are exceptionally friendly. I can't say enough about all of them and how helpful they are. I flew my first airplane here when I was only 12 and am now studying Professional Flight at Purdue and fly here over the summer. This FBO really brings together a lot of great people, and if I need any help, they do a great job providing it. I highly recommend Mansfield as a place to check out for any pilot.

I have started using 1B9/King once a month or so. Very helpful, friendly group. Nice facilities, prompt fuel support and aircraft parking in front of building. Convenient, not congested and friendly staff. I will be back often.

I flew in April 7th from Pittsburgh, PA to visit a friend. The FBO staff stayed late until my ride came to pick me up so I didn't have to wait outside. They fueled me and provided air for my tires. Very friendly and a great FBO. A++ Service. Great alternative to larger, more congested, airports nearby.

Stopped in last weekend. Very busy with student pilots. I guess this place will be around for a long time. Clean, helpful and very friendly. They filled my plane with fuel and brought it back to the tie down spot right outside the gate. The only problem was their computers were very slow.

Very friendly & professional. I finished my training from student to Commercial w/Instrument in 2004 @ 1B9. I am always proud to tell everybody the great experience I had there; I can't wait to visit again. (Currently based in Naples, FL KAPF)

Very friendly staff met us on the field, and made sure our plane was secure. They confirmed our enterprise rental would be there for us before we arrived and helped us on our way to the outlets in Wrentham. Thanks to all.
