Great alternate to MSY for GA planes, very good fuel prices, about 20 minute drive from MSY.

Flew to 1L0 from CXO one late night in our 172.Landed well past midnight. FBO door was locked, had instructions how to open. Nice, Cozy setting and interior. Comfortable couches, nice weather and briefing station. Snack and drink machines well stocked. Nicely appointed bathrooms.100LL fuel self serve, everything worked excellent. Had some interesting old fighter aircraft in the hangar by the side of the FBO. Would definitely be back to say hi to the folks who keep the field running.
