Great folks, beautiful place to stop and visit, easy access!!

I parked the plane one night at OK3. When we landed a line person was there to guide me in and the car was ready. Even though I didn't buy fuel I still felt like I was burning jet fuel. Great FBO!!!

Stopped in for an extended Labor Day weekend. The service at OK3 Air was the best. They met us at our plane with our rental car and had us on our way in 5 minutes flat. Hangared the plane overnight during storms, and had us ready to roll on time in the morning. A top-notch FBO with a friendly, professional staff!

I too had read the past comments from unsatisfied pilots. On Sept. 12, I had planned a quick fuel stop on our way to Jackson Hole using the self-serve pumps. That way I wouldn't need too much service. However, on landing the tailwheel tire on the 195 was flat. The maintenance crew, with the help of another 195 owner with a spare tire and tube, had me on my way in a little over an hour. Everyone was very helpful and even had a car lined up if we couldn't fix the tire that day. OK3 Air really took care of us. Thank You!

I have read all past comments but when going to Park City, what choice do you have? We were met at the tie downs by Robert Fisher and greeted with a smile. Robert brought our rental car to the airplane then he proceeded to fuel our polished silver 195 without mess or delay. I know the fuel is expensive but with service like this it helps ease the pain. Robert took over the line service a couple of months ago and said he was adamant about meeting the planes and giving service. I agree. When you taxi in, the hangar with the BIG OK3Air sign is the mx shop, go to the hangar/office just west of the tie down to meet Robert.

Nice people, good service, ridiculous prices. Two days on the ramp = $195 Two hours in the hangar = $237.50 (!) Jet A = $5.95/gal Proximity to Park City and lack of competition means they can charge whatever they want. Next time I'll try SLC or PVU.

Spent 4 days at OK3 Air. Upon arrival, no one greeted, or assisted in parking or tie down. No services provided unless I requested at desk. Fuel $5.00/gal. For 100LL. I would call it very mediocre FBO for GA, unless you are a corporate customer. No other choices at 36U.

From Phil Owens on 19-Aug-2007
Arrived at 36U at noon on 8/14. Called OK3 but received no response. They either don't monitor 122.8 or didn't bother to answer. No one to meet us at the ramp. They moved my airplane and tied it down but tossed MY chocks behind the nose wheel. I was charged $20/day for tie down. I did not buy fuel ($4.85/gal). Still for that level of service $20 is a little pricey for a single engine.

From Ken Stallings on 25-Nov-2006
When I taxied in, no one was to be seen on the ramp. I just picked a spot in front of the FBO. No ropes on the tie down rings. Considering the winds at this airport, that is shocking! What I really objected to was the $70 they wanted to charge for one night in a hangar when there was forecast snow overnight. That's nearly equal to the monthly fee I pay at KVGT! I instead asked for a tie down and put the covers on the plane. They tried to charge me $10 for that despite my fuel purchase. Given the previous comments, I must conclude this FBO tries to charge both, and hopes that the pilot does not object. In the middle of my discussion, someone else walked in and the lady at the desk immediately stopped listening to me and talked with the other person. The self-serve fuel station was the most complicated I have ever seen. That needs serious simplification. The price they charged was about $0.50/gallon higher than the full service price at KVGT. Overall, an average FBO at best.
