4M7 Russellville-Logan County has a brand new terminal building along with above ground Jet A and Avgas fuel tanks. There is a lot of new tarmac and all striping has been repainted. This airport is on the upswing and open for business. Negative comments mentioned are not viable for this location. The people are friendly and the airport was in the middle of being reconstructed with state / federal funding. Please stop in. All amenities are not in place yet but with each visitor's comments of needs this will be a place you will always want to stop in, rest, freshen up in the new construction and use as a waypoint for your in route destinations. The new leather furniture / pilots lounge / kitchen and showers await you.

I flew into Russellville about two weeks ago. The FBO is a singlewide cat urine soaked dump! Thank God they are building a new building. I hope the manager does not let the cat into the new building. When we arrived there was no one there, no services, no fuel, NOTHING!!! I had to beg one of the contractors working on the new building to take my client to town. I called all the various numbers on sticky notes stuck to the door in the FBO to try to get the manager. Nothing... I will never go back again, next time BWG!!!

Steve Wilson at 4m7 is the best. I fly into Russellville for training with Steve all the time. He would do anything for you. Cheap fuel!!!

Steve Wilson bailed me out big time. I got stuck at HVC with a stuck valve and fortunately he was kind enough to lend me some tools to get me on my way. He saved my butt and a lot of money. Thank you for the help. It's nice to know that there are still some honest and helpful people in aviation.
