We stopped Saturday afternoon on our way to Hot Springs. The field was unattended and we were unable to get the self-service pump to work. Had to fly to Paducah for fuel.

Stopped into Ohio Co AP (7K4) when weather got worse during my return trip from Oshkosh about 6pm on 7/27/07. Airport Manager, Ron Fortener, was wonderfully helpful and accommodating. After refueling he set my Sundowner up in a vacant T-hangar for the night and drove us the 12 miles to the Days Inn in Beaver Dam, KT. Picked us up the next morning, and we had a great time visiting at breakfast while waiting for the weather to improve. I highly recommend stopping by for fuel, maintenance, and just good company. Thanks much Ron, Wallace and I appreciate your hospitality.
