Fuel is not self-serve but Mike was there within minutes of our phone call and was very friendly and helpful. The runway was in good shape. There is also an FBO building with a bathroom and soda machine. If you are staying in the area, they have plenty of tie-down spaces (south of the fuel pump) and wheel chocks. There are no tie-down fees.

I flew in on July 24, 2008. It was noon, fuel pump was locked, nobody around. Taxiways not paved. I'm not going back.

I was flying into the Colorado Springs area and thought A50 would be a good alternative. There was no clear place to park for the night so we ended up going someplace else. Perhaps a couple of signs for transients might be helpful.
