Unattended airport in a beautiful valley. The runway is plenty long for GA aircraft, and there are no close obstructions, but you need to get up high to enter or exit the valley. Runway was resurfaced in 2022 and is in good condition. Ramp has some cracks. I didn't see any ropes on the tie-down rings, so bring your own. There is self-serve 100LL and Jet-A. Pump was kind of confusing. It asks for dollars rather than gallons wanted. The on-off switch for the pump is on the card terminal, not the pump. There is a shack with a phone, desk, fridge sometimes with water bottles, and a port-a-potty. You can sign out the courtesy car by entering the CTAF on a lock-box. The current model is an older Ford Explorer, which looks to be in decent condition. Limited to use within 10 miles, not overnight. Easy walk into town is about 1 1/2 miles along a flat gravel trail along the river. Several places to eat, lodging, jeep rentals, hiking trails etc in town. The local theatre is excellent.

The fuel pump was so glazed over it was almost impossible to read. Luckily someone was there that knew what buttons to press otherwise I think I would have been out of luck. Normally no one there.

Great little airport in a great little town! We borrowed the crew car for the short trip into town for lunch. We'll be back for sure!
