Excellent service!! Tony was very helpful upon arrival at OPF. Jim was VERY helpful when I needed a jump-start after electrical item drained batter over the long weekend.

Flew in yesterday for a short stay. Lake Lawn is a great destination. There are no aircraft based at the airport but the resort is a great place to fly in and hang out. The resort is just a short walk across the street. The restaurant has a great menu, beautiful view of the lake, and good service. On chilly days the enclosed walkways make for a nice stroll through the grounds of the historic resort. On nice days there's golf, boating, tennis, swimming, etc. I haven't stayed overnight but it looks inviting. And if you need to combine shopping and flying there is a complete shopping center right next to the airport.

Flew into Lake Lawn Resort/Airport for Easter Buffet. Airport was deserted by they do provide a call box on the south side of the office to summon a courtesy ride to the resort. No services/fuel/restroom available when we arrived. Resort is just a quick walk directly across the street and golf course appears challenging and well kept. Runway 18/36 is in fair condition and adjacent taxiway is a little rough but overall the airport is fine. Short walk to shopping center and restaurant just west of airport. Would return next year for Easter Buffet at Frontier Restaurant at Lake Lawn Lodge.
