This is the only retailer of unleaded fuel within 100 miles of my airport. They sell Swift 94UL listed at $6.99 per gallon. I was flying back home from Kansas and wouldn't have enough fuel so I landed here for 4 gallons, enough to get me home safely. It seems that no one knows that Swift Fuels makes the 94UL and the ground controller must have assumed that I had asked which FBO offered fuel swiftly. The FBO didn't answer their frequency. The controller called advising there was only one FBO and he called them on the phone. Eventually someone came out and directed me to a parking spot. When asked about Swift fuel he denied knowing what that was? "94UL"-I asked? "Oh yes we have that". After putting in 4 gallons I found that the final price was actually about $8 per gallon. When I prepared to leave I found that for some reason they twisted my fuel tank vent tube? The sealant joint had been broken so I will have re-seal the threads.

This is a great FBO! I had to make a diversion due to weather. Jonah, Lawson and Brandon were real professionals. They saw to all of my needs when I arrived after a storm. Even arranged for my transportation to a Hotel. Then the next morning McKenzie and Anna just proved that the staff at this FBO was well trained in customer service. My utmost respect and thanks!
