From Pierre Redmond on 14-Jun-2009: Lineman did not replace the fuel cap after fueling my plane.
From Skip Hartman on 01-Apr-2007: Aeronational told me to get my car at Enterprise. Enterprise left a car for me. Rate for car was $60/day because the extra insurance was MANDATORY. This was by arrangement with the FBO according to Enterprise (the mandatory extra insurance). Also, I asked if I could have tie down ropes to tie the airplane down. They told me they were going to move the airplane and tie it down securely. This was a concern because large thunderstorms were schedule to roll through that evening. The thunderstorms came. A couple days later when I arrived to depart the airport the airplane had a single tie down rope attached to the tail. Fortunately no damage. I will not come back. I find that Enterprise rental cars has become very inconsistent in their pricing from one location to the next.
