  Jamie and Lynx was awesome. We landed for what was supposed to be a two hour stop. It turned into an overnight due to weather. She helped make sure that corporate plane had a hangar for the night, that crew and passenger had places to stay and went above and beyond her job to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend Lynx and hope to be there again soon.

  Service was beyond friendly and helpful. Instead of having to wait around for things to happen they anticipated our needs... Fantastic for charter pilots needing to move quickly. Jaime tremendously helpful in line coordination and customer service was top notch.

  Over the past 12 months we have been using (what now is) Lynx. I have absolutely no complaints, as their service has been excellent every time we arrive. CSR Jamie is more than helpful at all times and the line staff is quick to reply to requests. I strongly recommend Lynx as your FBO of choice when landing at KAGC.

  In response to my previous post, I was immediately contacted by Mr. Orr, the operations manager, and was able to discuss at length my concerns about customer service & ramp safety. Our conversation was constructive & heartfelt; it is genuinely refreshing to see the professionalism that he and Lynx have shown to rise up to my comments & the matters at hand. I commend Lynx for doing so, and look forward to being a loyal customer for another ten years. Itís a GREAT FBO! Give 'em a try. (Now that's customer service!)

  Voyager sold and Lynx has taken over! The facility is still the same but all the faces have changed, somewhat for the worse. The CSR is fantastic: beyond helpful and courteous, which was a breath of fresh air. The line guys however are non-existent and inattentive. Unless you're flying a G650, you can pretty much count on seeing the line empty, arrival & departure, and you'll be parked in the farthest spot away from the FBO, even though the ramp is empty. This happened again in a recent incident, in the pouring rain, with a sick kid onboard. There was a glimmer of hope, as it appeared the line guys were hustling out with umbrellas, but took a sharp right turn out of the doors to offer umbrellas to the jet that taxied in ten minutes after us. No one listens to radios to see if aircraft are headed their way, and sure, your wheels will eventually get chocked, but I guess you should just pitch them aside somewhere as you depart because no one will be around to see you off. Disappointing.
