Blue Ridge won't win the "cheap fuel award, " and there aren't any sexy line girls in hot pants flagging your Skyhawk into parking. This is Walla Walla, after all. But when we flew in last month, one of the guys, who had just left for the day, heard us call in and turned around to make sure we had tie downs and a courtesy car. Our fuel order was filled correctly and courtesly. Good folks beat hot pants. That's why Blue Ridge is our base in WW.

My wife and I parked our Turbo Arrow at Blue Ridge from Saturday 7/5/08 to Sunday 7/6/08. Thanks to prior arrangement with Hertz, our rental car was waiting at Blue Ridge. The gentleman at Blue Ridge was very friendly and helpful. Avgas was $5.92 for self-serve. Be warned if you arrive after hours, you will need your own tie down ropes & chocks. If you arrive during business hours, Blue Ridge will provide ropes at no charge. Be sure to check out the 15 + winery tasting rooms within walking distance.

The Pacific Bonanza Society met in Walla Walla for the weekend and enjoyed the hospitality of Blue Ridge Aircraft Service and Steve. They were very accommodating and certainly worth the price of admission. Many Thanks.

Great Service, small FBO but friendly, lineman was there to greet me, arrange crew car, and gas up. Will use again.

Great service today! Friday morning. In a hurry. Ground guided into the parking place. Lineman waited by the door and after greeting us, asked what we needed. Fuel - Jet A - yes. Top the mains. Needed a car for a couple of hours - oh, they just loaned us one! When we returned, the plane was correctly fueled and waiting. An FBO that I will return to again with a smile on my face.

Flew in on a Sunday afternoon, no one at the FBO, but at least it was open. Fuel price for a self-serve operation is outrageous, and then I had to rewind 100 ft of fuel hose by hand with a crank. Noticed both pumps were the same way, coincidence, or just poor attention to maintenance? The winery shops are the only reason to stop here.

I fly into this airport fairly often. They have high fuel prices thou they have dropped lately with absolutely NO service for it to offset the price they ask for. I don't like having to go to the FBO in high winds to ask for tie downs, if they're closed you're out of luck and will have to take your chances with an untied down airplane. I had to go into town to buy my own tie downs straps. Not happy!!!

This place has horrible fuel prices and NO service, or tie downs for that price. Go into town and get some auto gas like I did until they get it.

When arriving in our 172, we were given the (literally) "red carpet" treatment. We didn't catch the name of the young guy flagging us in but he was top notch (I understand he will be leaving soon... Best wishes)! With no prior arraignment, we were offered the courtesy car for the evening. The town is small but offers all that could be desired for an overnighter. Blue Ridge took care of us and we greatly appreciate their efforts. Just a nice bunch! Can't say enough good stuff about this operation.

Not around on the weekend I flew in but did answer the phone. Very nice and willing to drive out to meet us. I used the self-serve fuel. They have some very interesting crew cars to use for little or no cost. Sleepy airport with 10+ wineries at the airport with wine tasting. Fun if you don't have to fly out!
