Typical Signature hose job. Went there in a Citation Bravo because they offer Avfuel contract fuel. Ordered 100 gallons courtesy fuel (didn't need it). Wasn't informed until the next morning (with pax waiting) that contract fuel requires a 300 gallon minimum and that a light jet requires 175 gallons to waive the handling charge ($290). Bottom line for 100 gallons and 12 hours sitting out on their ramp...$826.21.

I was back in to this FBO again on 8-1-06, and once again, the service was excellent. Hotel reservations had been arranged prior to my arrival, courtesy car was made available, and Marc was very fair on the fuel price. This is a best-kept secret. Land on 28 and taxi right in at the end. Suggest the Holiday Inn Select at Parker and 470. Thanks Marc

My airplane just spent two days at Signature, and I have experienced differing levels of service at FBO's all across the country. Their service was first rate, and seamless. Very accomodating and friendly. The G.A. Population needs to understand that when you fly into this type of airport, fees have become a way of life as well as a necessity. The cost of doing business has skyrocketed, and having the amenities without any purchases is prohibitive. I do not like it as well, but stop complaining, because that is how it will be. Good job Craig, Marc, Diane and Liz.

Stopped on Signature's empty ramp for 15 minutes to pick up a passenger (the CEO) in our P210. They wouldn't let us out the door until we paid a $25 "handling fee". Message: if you are not a jet or you don't like paying the highest price in the Denver area for gas, go to TAC Air for great service, the cheapest gas on the airport, and no hassles.

Great service for an overnight. Was even provided a crew car overnight and we did not arrive in anything with a turbine engine. Nice clean facility and hopefully will get the chance to come in another time.
