  Staff was great. Met right away. Details taken care of. Got topped off (It took 91 gallons. Meridians hold 170 gallons). When it was time to leave I received a ramp fee for $150 and a facility fee for $25. We used a crew car to go to the Perfect Landing for lunch. On the ground total about 90 minutes. Wow..... On top of that their Internet didn't work when it came time to file a flight plan for departure. Previous stops have gone very well.

  XJet understands business aviation! The service XJet offers is exceptional! Both pilots and passengers are very well taken care of every time we go to APA. What's more XJet offers great fuel prices. Simply put, the XJet team is the best in the industry bar none!

  Stopped this Sunday late afternoon for a quick turn for fuel. Was a completely different experience compared to the last time I was through there six months ago. Fueling was quick and easy. Passengers commented that it was a different feel from the last stop. Customer service wasn't near what it has been in the past. Probably will not be parking here in the future.

  CSRs and Line Service are really on the ball. Smoothly handled all our changes and seamlessly picked up the slack when passenger's rental car wasn't there (had another one waiting when we landed) and catering was delivered to wrong FBO (found it, and sent somebody to pick it up for us). Service just doesn't get better.

  While the beautiful facilities here are world class, it is the very positive attitude, inspired, customer service oriented team members, who work together like clockwork that makes this FBO so excellent. The line crew members are so professionally on their game, while being friendly and so helpful. The "Bond Girls" aka The "X-Jet Angels" are awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable Christine came out to our plane to welcome us on arrival. She had been such help on the phone making advance arrangements for our rental car and helping with hotel suggestions. Megan and Sally, on the counter, are such great customer service employees. Jackie is a gifted sincere concierge, with a very positive attitude. Over night ramp fees and 100LL were a great value at prices lower than expected for the ultimate service we received. This would definitely be James Bond's FBO of choice at KAPA! We hope to be back to this FBO. Thanks!

  Passengers had a rental car mix up and XJet more than stepped in to help. They arranged a new rental car, mixed a full container of Mimosas and even entertained the kids. XJet came thru 110%!

  We stayed with XJet for a week on our Christmas ski trip to CO, very impressive, new, state-of-the-art facility. Not a 'typical' FBO set up more like a members club (luxury auto storage, open bar, etc.). Has a young, 'hip' feeling, not stuffy. Would definitely use them again. The line and staff are helpful and friendly. Neat, modern FBO concept.

  Always a good experience. I fly Part 135 in a Citation full-time and see many FBOs. Rampers give good and prompt service. Girls also walk out to meet the plane. I've been in there a handful of times. A couple of times they were advised via Fax and also on the radio in-range call that we were empty "just flight crew" and the rampers and a front desk girl met the plane upon shutdown. Great service. Show they care and appreciate business. So many FBO's these days take business for granted. Very kind rampers and front desk. Nice facility. Rampers are always prompt when pax show and crew is ready for engine start and taxi. Thanks guys and gals.

  Wow! Wish this were a regular stop as it now is a favorite of mine. Flew in with 8 passengers all details were spot on. Rental cars were waiting and fueling was spot on. The crew lounge was great for spending a few hours. Thanks again!
