Personnel are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Nice place to tie down for the night.

Very friendly and hospitable service for our Lear on a Sunday afternoon. The FBO manager gave our passengers a ride to their car over in the long-term parking lot. As others have noted, it's not the fanciest FBO in the world, but they have everything you really need including a lounge, internet computer, etc. I'd be pleased to visit them again.

Had a positive experience. Fuel price was not posted and they could only tell us what the before take price was at first. They managed to figure it out and our King Air was promptly fueled. Small place with not a lot of amenities, but I would still stop again.

Was flying into APN for fuel. I tried three times to raise them on the radio, we landed at 7:02 pm and by the time we pulled up to the FBO they were gone. I called to see if they could come back and was informed that it was a $60 call out fee. We flew on to Pellston they had fuel. They were open until 11pm and had a restaurant. Will not be stopping in Alpena again.
