Usual good service. And don't forget the Cinnamon Bun in the Restaurant upstairs.

Be advised that as of 1 May 2009, Pinnacle will be implementing ramp fees, e.G. $10 or 10 gallons fuel for singles, $20 or 20 gallons for twins. Turboprops and jets are higher.

All the airports up around Springdale are very busy when there are football games on. The FBO's handle things well.

I would like to thank everyone at Pinnacle Air for making our overnight stay a very enjoyable experience. Charlie and Carl on Saturday afternoon, and I'm sorry to say I did not get the names of the two young men on Sunday morning, were all great. An excellent FBO with a professional and friendly staff. I can't remember being treated any better, anywhere. And the ATC tower was very friendly and helpful. A great stop in NW Arkansas.

A good stop. Neither tie down nor ramp fees. Even though I didn't need any, bought courtesy fuel. Restaurant on the second floor provides good comfort food.

The pilot who made the previous comment must not have seen the pilot planning/weather briefing room and apparently didn't ask. This FBO has a separate weather room with both on-line weather and Internet access.

Nice stop on the way from Austin Oshkosh. Facility is very nice people were helpful. Not much in the way of flight planning tools beyond a phone. No Sprint cell phone service the day I was there, but they let me call long distance on their nickel. Cafe is right over the FBO with an open-air balcony overlooking the ramp. Food and service were decent.
