GWF is awesome. Frank, Lynn and everybody associated with GFW that I have encountered have been great. I recently had an experience that was above and beyond the call even for them. A death in my family required a last minute trip from California to the East Coast. I could not get into upstate NY on the airlines and make the funeral in time. I called Frank, and I told him what I needed. He took care of getting me picked up from Boston, had the Baron warmed up and ready to go, complete with charts, a headset and everything I needed. In minutes I was departing on 32 for a one-hour flight to upstate NY at 200kts and made it to the funeral in the nick of time. I was in the Northeast for only 36 hours, but GFW went above and beyond the call to help make it work. I offer my highest recommendation for GFW.

A late evening arrival to Nashua (after normal closing at 9PM), but Bob had stayed to assist us to ramp parking and get vehicle for passengers. He even called while I was at KPOU, to check on our late arrival, and he followed us on a tracking program. Crowne Plaza shuttle was called as I was securing the aircraft. Great service by an outstanding FBO!

Great service at a reasonable price that does NOT pay tribute to MASSPORT! The Waller family runs an excellent service; even called me to ask if I needed any transport before I lifted off from KLWB. Crowne Plaza was excellent and had a good rate with the FBO. If another Boston area trip is in the future, we will stay here and drive into the city.

I moved to the Nashua area about a year and a half ago and became a based customer of GFW. GFW service is always prompt and cheerful. In fact, their employees have check with me on occasion to ensure that they are meeting my expectations. I would recommend them for based and transient pilots.

I have been flying to New England from Indiana for the past 20 years. GFW has been a great FBO with very helpful people. My rental car is always waiting and once when a car was not available Frank made arrangements for me to use his van so I could attend my meeting the next day. Fuel prices are reasonable for New England and the excellent service is what keeps me coming back about once a month. I would recommend stopping in and having lunch up-stairs.

GFW is a fantastic FBO. The owner is very detail oriented and the philosophy "the customer is always first" is held as a standard. I have been using GFW for years. The line staff is meticulous, very friendly and fast. They are always willing to accommodate special requests. Once I was held over and the cafe upstairs was closed, I was tired and hungry and one of the line people offered me food from his own lunch kit. That's both great service and great people! GFW can handle aircraft from the smallest Cessna to the largest Jet (many are based in their hangers)

I had used Keyson, but when they were gone I switched to GFW. My first stop was uneventful. This time it snowed and I asked how much it be to have them brush the slushy snow off of my Debonair after it stopped. The person behind the desk never answered that question, but said he would write it down so as not to forget. They charged me $20 for getting some of the snow off (In their defense, they did offer to refund it.). I asked to get it into a hangar for a couple minutes to break the ice loose and was informed that there would be an extra charge for that IF it was ok with the manager. She couldn't tell me how much the extra charge would be, or if the manager would allow it. While waiting for her to check (she had to finish her smoking break first), I asked Infinity if they could spare a few minutes in their hangar. They happily came and got me off the GFW ramp, put my plane in their heated hangar -- no charge at all!). From now on for me, it's, "To Infinity, and beyond!!"

Frank the owner is meticulous about his FBO, gas prices are great (for the New England area!) service is quick, airport is nice; great place to stop if you are having mechanical problems as their mechanics are knowledgeable. Runway is long with plenty of room to land. Restaurant is great upstairs but closes early afternoon. Dog friendly too!

Nice place with excellent service. Comfortable, down to earth bunch of folks that I enjoyed dealing with. Don't forget to flip the dogs a treat from the bowl on the counter.

GFW is a great FBO. Their service is consistently prompt, reliable, and reasonably priced. Fuel prices are some of best around. Frank Waller knows the meaning of customer service and makes you feel welcome and appreciated. GFW has maintained my plane for the past 5 years and I couldn't be happier with the relationship. Try the Midfield Cafe atop GFW for excellent food and a view of the airport to match.
