In aviation, quality of service is everything. I have been doing business with Airflyte since they came to Barnes in 2007. I could say that it's because of the exceptional service. I could go on about the thousand reasons that Airflyte is beyond doubt the best FBO I have ever frequented. But mostly I have learned to understand that it is definitely the genuinely honest and good people that work at Airflyte. Never once have I ever left the terminal building or had a fuel truck in front of my aircraft and not felt good. Never once in all of this time have I ever walked away without a big old smile. In all this time, that should say something. It should say that 122.95 is the frequency and Airflyte is the name of a great experience. After all, enjoyment is what this is about. Thanks to everyone at Airflyte for making my flying experience not just good but Excellent!

Great service! Called a couple of days ahead to see if they had a crew car. Kelly reserved it for me. Upon arrival Mike rolled out the red carpet, helped push the plane back and tied it down (to their brand-new tie-downs!), and brought the crew car planeside. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

They have the best quality and customer service I've ever seen. AirFlyte embodies the friendly aviation community that made me choose to fly and helps us all be safer. They saved me from a disastrous Labor Day weekend. I had to refill my landing gear strut, not only did they lend me a jack and air, Mike gave me a hand. I can't express my gratitude, but to describe the lengths of their service, he treated me like a part of their family. They have earned my respect, patronage, and friendship.

Best FBO on the field. Friendly, helpful service. But no pre-heating equipment available which was a bummer. Thanks for everyone's help at the front desk; they couldn't have been kinder to my co-pilot & me.

I have not been to BAF since the new building went up. Very impressive! The service from AirFlyte was great and friendly. They seem to appreciate my business. I saved 30 cents per gallon over my home field. My wife and I ate at the Runway Restaurant. This was excellent – food was very good and reasonably priced. I will return whenever I'm in the area.

The restaurant is great and my son and I ate for $13.00. Amazing. I must mention that the service was stellar and the fuel the cheapest around. Something special here!

Couldn't make it the last 50 miles home due to wx so stopped here. Literally red carpet service. Let me use the crew car overnight, helped with the bags, brought car to the plane to load up. Did the tie down for me. Very nice flight planning area with computer wx. Also free WiFi.

Flew my Mooney in on May 25, 08 after calling the day before. Rental car outlet was closed due to holiday. Lady on desk tried to make reservation, then called back to say she couldn't but said they'd reserve the crew car (for 24 hours!). Car and red carpet were there when I arrived. All the staff were super friendly and very helpful. Can't say enough good about this FBO, the best I've visited or very close. Highly recommend them.

The comments were very good for both FBO's at this airport but since this FBO made no bones about being a little more expensive and more importantly knew how to handle aircraft, I thought I'd find out if they were for real. I must say they are unreal! In 20 years of flying all over the country this is the best FBO I've ever been too! Every thing was straight up just like they said. Their constant consideration and anticipating my needs made me feel guilty I couldn't buy more fuel than just topping off though I landed with 1hr fuel. I was blown away by their service. They even stayed late for my arrival yet I was only in a Skywagon. I will go out of my way to always come back to AirFlyte.

AirFlyte has a very friendly and professional staff that clearly demonstrates their passion for aviation in everything they do. From the moment you are marshaled on to their ramp to when you depart, you can expect courteous and professional attention. Their facilities are clean and spacious. Fuel service was quick. They certainly pay close attention to detail and safety in their operations. I particularly like the personal touch of greeting you at your airplane with a cold bottle of water and the red carpet treatment. AirFlyte is definitely the FBO to give your business to!

Landed late Friday afternoon, 300-foot overcast. Owner of FBO met me at the plane! Had a fantastic experience, everyone was very friendly and helpful from the rental car, fuel and directions to my destination. It felt like I was family and that everyone cared about what I needed. Hanger space was available at a reasonable rate. I would definitely stop here at every chance! There is not a better FBO anywhere!

Susan, Kevin and all the gang at AirFlyte were fantastic. The facility is wonderful, the fuel price couldn't be beat and the service was top notch. There was no pressure to buy "minimum amounts" of fuel to wave the handling fee. AirFlyte sets the standard for FBO's with their professional, yet friendly approach to servicing aircraft.

AirFlyte is a top-notch facility... Easily one of the best in New England. Brand new, sparkling clean, plenty of amenities (lacking none, really) and friendly people. They are very proud of their facility, as they should be. The new restaurant in the GA terminal is a great place to stop as well.

I have been dealing with AirFlyte since they opened their FBO, I tie down with them and make every purchase I can with them. This is because I have never left AirFlyte without a smile. I will continue to pay a couple pennies more for fuel when the people are this terrific and the service is this superior. If it were not for AirFlyte being at Barnes, I would certainly base my aircraft at Skylark.

I landed in my V-tail 10 minutes before closing time but Kevin waited for us with the rental car at the plane, and he got me a real red carpet. He was very patient giving me driving direction and recommended an excellent restaurant. The service was just as great before our departure. Excellent FBO! Great prices! I very highly recommend it.

Being a Canadian pilot, it is always a delight to fly into the US. The AirFlyte FBO experience was absolutely a dynamite facility!! Even in our little PA-28, we were treated like gold. Our first stop into BAF, on our way to Block Island, was not a disappointment. We decided to stop there on the way home, back to CYSN. Compared to the fuel price we pay back home (6.56/gallon; WOW, EH!!!) there was no doubt in our minds that AirFlyte blew away the competition. I am unbelievably satisfied, and I will return again.

If you have ever had a truly remarkable experience with an FBO and their staff you will know what I mean when I say AIRFLYTE is the winning team. Adam knew my full name after meeting me only twice. AirFlyte is a welcome business to Barnes, especially for me, and if you want to be treated like family you will call 122.95 when you get to Barnes.

I have stopped at AirFlyte twice in the past month for fuel. Great facility, super friendly service, and excellent prices. Due to the close proximity to BDL, ground control will get you a squawk code so it's an easy in and out when stopping for fuel.

Bad weather defined where I was going to stop in my single engine VFR a/c. Adam could not have been more helpful. When I realized I was going to stay overnight, he called a great hotel, which AirFlyte had a discount with and had a shuttle. I give my strongest recommendation to AirFlyte. You never know what you are going to get when weather determines your stop-over but will likely plan Airflyte for fuel where ever possible on my NE flying.

ALL JET PILOTS… I fly a Beechjet 400A and I have waited in ALOT of rotten places. It is never my choice where I have to wait. That being said, I used to hate waiting in BAF... That is, until the new AirFlyte facility was built. This is a state of the art facility with any and every amenity that could be asked for. Just ask, you will see. Great job guys.. I no longer dislike waiting at BAF.

I couldn't agree with the below post more!! My girlfriend and I flew from Norwood on Saturday morning and were disappointed to find the restaurant on the field closed. We were, however immediately greeted by Kevin Bradley who introduced himself as the manager of AirFlyte's new facility. He graciously showed us the new facility complete with roof deck and gave us the courtesy car and directions to the breakfast spot. Although we were a lowly 140 we were treated like jet pilots. A new restaurant is planned and I 'm sure we will become regulars. THANKS KEVIN!!!

The folks at Airflyte were absolutely, by far, the best people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This is a top notch, brand new facility with all the amenities. I stayed a week with family in the area. Even though I was flying a simple Skyhawk, Kevin, the Manager, and all the people there made sure that my every wish was attended to promptly. This is how all FBO's should operate! The FBO offered everything: great gas price, loaner vehicle, wide screen TV for my relatives who were waiting their turn to take a ride, even WII console games! This is THE FBO the stay at. Do yourself a favor, eliminate the hassles, and enjoy the ***** service. Thanks everyone (especially Kevin) at Airflyte! Greg Hopp Columbus, OH
