I can't say enough about the folks at AVITAT Boca. Brought my plane in last month for some scheduled maintenance that was going to keep the plane down for 5 days. The Ladies there booked a rent car, hotel and suggested some neat places to go, as this was mine and my family’s first vacation to South Florida. Even after a day or two in the hotel, I received a follow-up phone call to make sure we were happy with our accommodations. These people LOVE their customers and go that extra mile to see to your comfort.

I diverted to BCT in a C172 because of the weather near LNA. When I found out the starter was bad the line crew pulled the plane into a hangar for the mechanic who drove down from Lantana so he could work on it without being caught in the rain. They were extremely accommodating and offered first class service. I would recommend them to anyone flying to Boca Raton.

This is the way to run a FBO. They are excellent people, facility and fuel prices. I went twice yesterday, and both morning and night crews were very nice, thanks for the service. I will still be coming every week

I arrived at Boca Raton on 1-6-09 to take my wife to a meeting in DelRay Beach. I was greeted promptly at my airplane and asked if any services could be provided. I ordered fuel and explained my wife would be going to DelRay Beach. The fuel truck quickly arrived and my wife was taken by a very nice FBO car to her hotel. I returned 2 days later to pick up my wife and 2 other passengers. The FBO staff picked them up at the hotel and brought them and their luggage to my plane. Again the fuel truck arrived promptly and we were on our way. This was without question the finest service I have ever received at any FBO. We travel all over the United States and I would rate this as the finest FBO I have visited. The service was exemplary! When in Boca Raton I would go nowhere else!

Flew in 12/28/08 with my Cessna Skyhawk. The line person ran over to direct me to a parking spot. Greeted me and asked if I needed any services. Told him how much I wanted in each tank. When I came back, I met with Aimee and Marsela at the desk. GREAT PEOPLE! My plane was fueled as requested. Ramp fee was waived for purchasing fuel at a price I was quoted on the phone prior to flying in Boca. All in all, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE, and all with a smile. I recommend Avitat and will be back here!

I did a quick stop to pick up a person this morning and the service was excellent. Marcela Jiovenetta was in charge of the operation at the moment, and she was very helpful and very knowledgeable person. My passenger and I were amazed at the facility and the nice people that work there. I will come back again. Thanks.

The folks at Avitat were friendly and helpful. Gave me a good fuel price and a ride to and from the Boca Resort & Club. They fueled my plane accurately and when requested. Great service!

Arrived at Boca Avitat on 7/4. Called both FBO's before trip in Citation 501. Other FBO acted with take it or leave it attitude. Judith, Avitat manager, called me the morning before the trip. She was so nice. Gave me a very good price on fuel and overnight fees. When we arrived, we were met by Marcela and Rado with arrival gifts, which were very nice. We were at all times made to feel at home and welcome. Would I go to Avitat again? You bet! With Judith directing customer service you get excited just going to Boca Avitat. Thank you guys so much!!

This place is truly amazing! Flew a 182 in and parked it for the night. The FBO is absolutely beautiful inside. The next day I had to wait for about an hour for some weather to clear, and the CSR was incredibly helpful. She waived the service fee, gave us "goodie bags", and treated us like we were flying in a Gulfstream V rather than a Cessna. I look forward to returning!

Avgas, parking and overnights are VERY expensive here but a first class facility with great people. I felt no different than if I had arrived in a G-4. The line guys are friendly, intelligent and know how to handle a plane. The counter staff is friendly, efficient, and helps you minimize the cost as much as they can. Highly recommended ... Just don't by more fuel than you need to keep the fees down!

Stopped overnight in our PA-32; a very nice experience. The friendly line crew had our rental car at the airplane and cooled off before we got out. Helped with the bags. The desk staff was also pleasant and efficient. The .50/gal weekend discount for 100LL made the fuel price a little more reasonable. Looking forward to our next stop there.

Avitat is AWESOME! The facility is new and modern and the customer service is unbeatable! Judith and Kelly at the counter and the flight line personel were kind and professional. Emme (line girl) even gave me a lift to my meeting a few miles down the road and came back to get me when it was over. BTW, I fly an Archer II not a jet. Everyone gets the royal treatment here. I'll be back.
