Arrived at Boca Avitat on 7/4. Called both FBO's before trip in Citation 501. Other FBO acted with take it or leave it attitude. Judith, Avitat manager, called me the morning before the trip. She was so nice. Gave me a very good price on fuel and overnight fees. When we arrived, we were met by Marcela and Rado with arrival gifts, which were very nice. We were at all times made to feel at home and welcome. Would I go to Avitat again? You bet! With Judith directing customer service you get excited just going to Boca Avitat. Thank you guys so much!!

This place is truly amazing! Flew a 182 in and parked it for the night. The FBO is absolutely beautiful inside. The next day I had to wait for about an hour for some weather to clear, and the CSR was incredibly helpful. She waived the service fee, gave us "goodie bags", and treated us like we were flying in a Gulfstream V rather than a Cessna. I look forward to returning!

Avgas, parking and overnights are VERY expensive here but a first class facility with great people. I felt no different than if I had arrived in a G-4. The line guys are friendly, intelligent and know how to handle a plane. The counter staff is friendly, efficient, and helps you minimize the cost as much as they can. Highly recommended ... Just don't by more fuel than you need to keep the fees down!

Stopped overnight in our PA-32; a very nice experience. The friendly line crew had our rental car at the airplane and cooled off before we got out. Helped with the bags. The desk staff was also pleasant and efficient. The .50/gal weekend discount for 100LL made the fuel price a little more reasonable. Looking forward to our next stop there.

Avitat is AWESOME! The facility is new and modern and the customer service is unbeatable! Judith and Kelly at the counter and the flight line personel were kind and professional. Emme (line girl) even gave me a lift to my meeting a few miles down the road and came back to get me when it was over. BTW, I fly an Archer II not a jet. Everyone gets the royal treatment here. I'll be back.

Arrived 18 Aug 06 in my Velocity. Service was mixed. Plus: Very clean, people at desk most pleasant. Gave me water bottle on arrival and departure while pre-flighting. Minus: Hertz car was to be a minivan with GPS. Promised, and confirmed by phone twice with Avitat staff car present. Car not only not there, but also on arrival Avitat said Hertz does not have this combo--known to not be true. Hertz arrived later with SUV and GPS, but wanted $50/d more. I refused, got SUV for minivan rate, but that was $130/d. Hertz stated, "This is Boca. Car would be $40-50 less at another airport." Had to push my own plane into tie down because staff busy with a jet. Fuel most expensive in area, and $2/g more than rest of trip at HGR and CAE.

As a private pilot, it is no longer possible to fly to Boca, pick up passengers without paying unfair user fees.

Great service. I was really impressed. I got the same level of service showing up in my little Piper Arrow, as the jet jocks do. Nice facilities. Reasonable prices (for the area). Friendly staff. When I decided to stay an extra night, they were kind enough to fuel me on Sunday so I could take advantage of the $0.50/gallon weekend discount. I will definitely be going back to these folks next time I'm in South Florida.

We have been visiting the Avitat Boca facility for the last few months in our King Air 350 and the staff has always gone above and beyond to help. Awesome facility! Highly recommend anyone to try them out.

Flew our Hawker in there last week. Initial difficulty coordinating service the day before, but upon arrival were treated beyond all expectations! Manager personally greeted us w/5 linemen to deplane two wheelchairbound passengers and bags. Absolutely superior service! Building is stunning, and our senior VP passenger was thoroughly impressed - didn't want to leave! He wants to fly here whenever they go to South FL - even if they have to drive 2 hours away! All CSR's were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Mentioned restaurant next door - excellent food - and gave us discount coupons. Great job! Look forward to another trip there.
