Flew into BCT in a C-172 to stay a few days and parked at Boca Aviation. Earlier in the trip we stopped at Galaxy Aviation in St. Augustine, which is owned by the same company. We were told that since we bought fuel at Galaxy, all fees would be waived at Boca. However we were still charged $20/night parking, and fuel was the most expensive we saw the whole trip. Also, we weren't wearing epaulets which seemed to be a big turn off to management. Although we were waiting in line first, we were the first to be helped, AFTER all the corporate traffic. All in all we were treated very poorly compared to how we saw the pilots of turbine aircraft being treated. We will definitely NOT be going back to Boca.

Great experience during a three-day layover with our Citation Encore. Excellent service, unsurpassed clean facility, and the CSR's and line crews accommodated beyond expectations. Pricing for Florida acceptable. All those complainers need to understand that a facility this nice cannot keep the doors open for passing out freebies.

Outstanding! The service was excellent, the facilities are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. I notice the ramp was very clean and organized, great operation!

Arrived in a C172 the Monday after the Super Bowl (in Miami). There must have been 20-30 G-IV's, G-V's, etc. Parked on the ramp all ready to depart. When I arrived I was greeted by ramp personnel, helped with my baggage and given a ride to my hotel (free). Great service, $20/day ramp fee and gas are a little high BUT treated a "very small guy" very well.

I want to thank the other pilots that warned me about the fees here. Boca Raton airport has become unreasonable on their fees. Fellow pilots please beware!!

Parked Duke overnight and fees were about $70. That was just to land and park overnight. Broke down to $47 user fee and $23 parking overnight so they have succeeded in getting rid of the avgas burners. I will no longer use BCT. Fuel price is ridiculous also.

Can no longer fly into Boca Airport without paying landing/user fees.

Flew in to drop off an aircraft for a pre-buy inspection at one of the maintenance hangars. Spent the day at the FBO and was treated with courtesy, professionalism and hospitality. Even though I wasn't purchasing anything, I had use of the GTO courtesy car (nice!), the quiet room, movies and coffee. Lot's of time to observe the line & CSR - very organized and efficient. With mostly jet traffic they still treated the piston crowd with respect. Details seem to be a reflection of the management.

From the follow me cart to the line crew and operations staff everyone was very professional, friendly and courteous. Definitely a first class operation. I intend to come back and will recommend them to my friends. Best service I've had driving a little twin Cessna. Keep up the good work!

Flew in today for a very brief visit to look at some property. Dena lent us a very nice courtesy car (late model GTO). Really nice friendly facility and great (very professional) line crew.

I flew into Boca Aviation yesterday in my PC-12 was extremely impressed with the entire operation! I was not in need of any fuel, but it didn't stop them from offering us a courtesy car. Better yet, there was no ramp or parking fee! These folks run an FBO the way pilots like it. I would highly recommend them for everyone looking for a great deal in Florida! Next time I will take on fuel just to pay them back for the freebies! Thanks!
