Nelson - Now that I'm home safe and sound, I wanted to thank you and the entire team (Katie, Shyla, Nathan and Keli) again for the FIRST-CLASS treatment that I (and my wife and 2 puppies) received after my mechanical issue forced me to land my P210 in Bend. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - starting on Saturday afternoon when Katie & Shyla got me a rental car for the drive back to the SF Bay Area. But I was really blown away when I got a call at 9:30 on Monday morning from Nathan...Not only did he have a complete action plan to find and fix the issue, but he already had the plane in the hangar with work started. FWIW, I'm pretty sure that my plane would have been on the ground for days, if not weeks, at my home airport before anyone even got a chance to look at it! All in all, your team kept me in the loop got her fixed, and got me in air in time to beat the horrible weather that moved in later that same week. Thanks again.

I flew a Piper Cherokee (N56966) in on Friday 8/28. I just wanted you to know about the great service I got from Katie and her counterpart at Leading Edge. We were departing at 6pm and because we had nowhere else to wait, Katie kept the lobby open for us while we waited for our last passenger, my son. I truly appreciate her going over and above. It would have been easy for her to say Leading Edge was closed and lock the building, especially on a summer Friday night in Bend. I wanted to you know about it. Thanks again Leading edge & of course, Katie! We will certainly be back.

Cannot say enough about the line crew at this facility. Had a sunset helicopter tour last night with the need to swap out aircraft at the last minute. Crew had a new helicopter fueled and ready to go in time to catch the BEST sunset we have seen in months. Clients were thrilled. Very professional staff get the job done quickly - thanks!!!

Stopped here on a quick trip to the Bend area for skiing. Leading Edge arranged a rental car with a quick phone call and had it waiting for me. The staff was universally helpful and cheerful. One note: the self-service pumps have moved further north and are no longer directly accessible from the main ramp, you have to use taxiway A. Since the old pumps are still in place and the new pumps are not readily visible from the ramp, it can be a little confusing.

I fly my Piper Turbo Arrow to KBDN each summer from Florida and stay for the summer. I can always count on Leading Edge for good fuel prices, hangar space, maintenance, and avionics work. They are always professional and a joy to work with. I highly recommend them for all of your aviation needs.

Whoa, big city has arrived. Decent fuel prices ($4.59 100LLSS) with Facility Fee ($15) waived with 20 gallons AND Ramp fee ($35 twin) Ramp fee not waived for 100 gal. fill up on the Baron? Doesn't make sense. No Hotel Connections/discounts and crew cars available; but only for few hours. Uber picks up at the airport. Great service doesn't make up for management's big city attitude (yeah, I know it is only $35; but jeez where is the piston business headed with a Facility Fee plus a non-waivable ramp fees in Bend, Oregon?) I get a better deal at Signature in expensive Santa Barbara and their Facility Fee is due to being required to provide HL security as commercial aircraft land there. Not coming back.
