I fly in to Tulip City often to see my parents, and I am always greeted as a special customer. They will assist my parents when they are awaiting my arrival, with a warm friendly nature and it is greatly appreciated. Really go beyond the term customer service. Obviously have top-notch management.

Stopped in while flying Beech Duke from Scottsdale, AZ to Cadillac, MI. Promptly greeted during evening arrival on ramp. Susie provided crew car for my overnight visit and suggested area hotels. We didn't need fuel following day, charged only modest landing and overnight parking fee. Enjoy the visit and will certainly return, great FBO for all types for aircraft.
