Enroute from Twin Falls to Seattle on 11/11, I had to divert to Baker City due to icing on my Comanche 250. Support from the FBO was outstanding! They called when I was on final and indicated that they were closing for the day and offered the keys to the courtesy car so that I could get to town for the night. The next morning my aircraft was covered by freezing rain and ice, and they pulled one of their own aircraft out of the heated hangar and then used their tug to place mine in its space to thaw out. All of this was at no charge. I thought the fuel price was very reasonable, but I was only able to purchase a few gallons. I'd pay almost any price for fuel with the over-the-top service that is provided by this great FBO!

What a great place. Seeing my ineptness as self-service they pumped the gas for me. While that was being done I was given the courtesy car to go get lunch. The plane was back on the ramp waiting for me when I got back to lunch. I could not even give them a tip. This is what all FBO's should strive for.

I was impressed. Very nice facility, and somebody from the FBO even came out and pumped the Self Serve for me. Would definitely stop by again.

We stopped overnight yesterday. The courtesy cat was already gone, but Tom Holland packed us into his pickup truck and dropped us off at the motel on his way home. Then he told us that he would be to work before 0600, and just call if we couldn't find any other means of getting back to the airport; he'd come get us. Yes their fuel is a little pricey; I wish that it wasn't, because everything else about this airport and its personnel is an A+. Great place to stop!

We stopped here overnight in a 182 and these folks were very helpful. They arrived at the airport early when we noticed the frost had frozen on the aircraft during the night, and pulled our plane into the hangar to defrost at no charge! And we did not even buy gas, just some supplies.
