Overall a so-so experience. They did offer a roomy courtesy car...And were quick to fuel our plane...But some comments from a lineman (Dale I think) were unwelcomed and quite rude. I wouldn't stop again if I had an option.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend in the hill country and landed at KBMQ. The folks at Faulkner's were great! From Cody helping on arrival and filling our tanks (late, just before closing) and the help Dale gave us on Monday morning with flat main struts to get us on our way. Thanks, everyone! We will look forward to coming back (cheap gas, too!).

Great Service, Great Prices, and Great People ... Sometimes you have to take the time to recognize the nice people you meet and here is a perfect example.

Called ahead to check on the airport, was told they close at 1900. No problem, I told them I was dropping some passengers off at 1930 and wouldn't need any fuel. When I arrived, Dale and Joanna were waiting for us after hours just in case we needed anything. The guy picking up pax was 20 minutes late, so they ended up staying en extra hour after closing time. Thanks guys, you're awesome!

Faulkner's gave us top-notch service today when we flew in for the CAF Air Show. They had someone to marshal us to a spot, they had our plane tied down before we even got out, and had us fueled within a few minutes. They were on top of it, especially for a busy air show weekend. Prior trips to BMQ have been positive as well.

Every time I come to KBMQ I am more and more impressed with how terrific Faulkner's Air Shop is. Dale and Johanna treat everyone like family and make you feel welcome. Cody on the line is always friendly and helpful. Service is always prompt. Dale is a top-notch mechanic (and pilot) and has a staff of three more. I have seen cases where he would take a look at a problem someone flew in with and he gets them on their way. When I was there this past weekend for training at Ken Wittikiend's Eagle Training I had a cowl flap hinge come apart. Dale had it repaired and had me on my way in 45 minutes! There is no better FBO anywhere - period.
