Flew in a few weeks ago for the Florida/LSU game. We won! Altogether a great stop. Surprisingly there was only one line greeter on a busy day like that, but Andrew did one heck of a job. Rentals were planeside, game gear loaded, pax escorted on their way. We were staying through the game, but our plane was serviced within minutes. This guy really did the work of three men, with a good attitude. We weren't his only customer either but we sure felt like it. Comfy recliners for the game, nice crew car, good local restaurant. Ask the front desk (forgot her name). We will certainly visit next time passing through.

Very friendly people. They greeted us at the plane and lent us a courteous car to get lunch.

Stopped in on 9/2/09 and the service was fantastic. We were met by a friendly face behind the desk, were given a very nice courtesy car to go into town with and had quick, quality service. We will be back!!

Flew in for LSU/UGA game. Despite a crowded ramp, lineman parked us close to lobby. Young lady (Rabbit) working customer service was helpful in getting taxi to game. Upon return, aircraft was fueled and repositioned for easy departure. Rabbit was still working (at least 10 hour shift) and still smiling. Fuel was cheap and overall visit was excellent. Will stop here again.

Pathetic. Girl attending desk didn't even get off her personal phone call the entire check in or paying process. At least put them on hold while someone is spending multiple thousands of dollars. Won't return.

Flew in on 3 Sept with a military Gulfstream V after Hurricane Gustav. Coordinated the morning with Executive Aviation and was told we could park there. One hour out, we were told they were turning away all military aircraft. Had to quickly coordinate with our customer's security detail for correct pick up location.

We overnighted with Executive on the way to Florida. Everyone at Executive was friendly, polite and courteous: the linemen, the CSR, everybody. Avgas was at the AvWeb posted price. We stayed at the Sheraton Conference Center by the river. The experience dealing with the hotel was also first rate. They sent a shuttle to pick us up from Executive. Everybody we dealt with at the hotel was very friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable, reasonably priced and allows well mannered dogs under 80 pounds with no additional pet fee. I am sure that there must be a few grouchy, unpleasant people in Baton Rouge, but we didn't run into any of them on this visit. We will definitely make this the preferred stop when we need to overnight heading east and look forward to spending a weekend in Baton Rouge to explore it further.

Went to KBTR and Executive during late February, service was great. They brought my rental car out to the plane while I was doing post flight and were eager to help. Small facility but has everything you need and is nice and clean. On a side note, despite the fact that the ILS for 22R is still on the books, they haven't had that equipment installed in the last 3 years. The DME is out at the BTR VORTAC as well right now. Expect an ILS to 13 as your only non-GPS instrument approach.

Multiple trips to BTR and keep going back to Executive. Friendly service and eager to help. Nothing fancy, but everything we need and always a pleasant experience.

As a contractor for the Federal Government on long-term assignment in Baton Rouge, I have for months flown in and out of BTR. Do not expect luxurious, spacious accommodations in the facility itself. The weather is as good as any, there is a pilot's lounge and the building is clean and spotless inside. I have found the service to be excellent and prompt. All rental car companies across the tarmac at the main terminal will deliver. I do frequent flights during the week and find that they are scaled to suit me perfectly. I buy gas and have, to-date, not had any tie-down charges. While may lack round-the-clock service, fresh-baked cookies and wireless network like Signature, my home FBO at PDK. I have never had a bad experience and have always found it to be a pleasant place to visit. I'll be back again and again. Jimmy

We arrived after sundown with an electrical issue on our hands. This is a tiny FBO. It doesn't really appear to be an FBO, at all. The facility, on the other hand, was adequate for our needs. Don't expect too much, but you will find a friendly staff. It is a no-frills FBO. My only complaint would be that we had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to have some one use their access card to get us to our plane. The FBO is not always attended. As for our electrical problem, we spoke to the mechanic in the adjacent hangar called G.H. Enterprises. The chief mechanic was named Joe. Though very busy, he was helpful in directing us to a mechanic who may be able to help. He even took the time to call other shops on our behalf to help get us back in the air. When we were literally laughed in our face at by the very rude manager at Louisiana Aviation, Joe agreed to set aside the large jobs his mechanics were working on and got us on our way within a few hours. Our thanks go out to Joe.
