Awesome experience. Flew in, in my experimental. FBO Manager-Robert had previously answered email questions and set up Limo to NYC. Very accommodating and helpful. Gas and tiedown were priced fairly. I will go back.

Flew in on Sunday very busy at the airport and they treated us very well. Got us a ride to the bus and picked us up no questions. The plane was ready when we were and right up front. Excellent service throughout. Great people

I am based at the field. Avantair is a huge improvement over the former tenant at the location. The line service is prompt and efficient.

We landed and went to Avantair on 4-20-09. Just got a bill in the mail from the Essex County Improvement Authority for landing fees of $35. I wish this was posted somewhere on the website. I hate getting bills after the fact.

Excellent staff. My plane is tied down at CDW and I used these guys to fuel, overnight hangar (for winter departures) and de-icing. Highly recommended.

Best service I've ever had in the NYC area. Marshalled into position (a rare event at NYC areas ports). Rent car was at planeside at shutdown. Fuel prices very fair. Ramp fees waived with 56 gal fuel purchase (60+ gal is policy). I will definitely be back.

I found the overnight fee and minimum fuel required to waive the first nights overnight fee to be very reasonable for the area and their service is outstanding! Their fuel prices are also quite reasonable. I am pleased with their hours of operation, which accommodate a wider range of arrival and departure times. I also like CDW for the convenience of flying into a towered airport in this busy airspace and having two runway choices for when it is real windy. Keep up the good work.

Flew into Avantair for a trip to New York City. Rental Car was pulled planeside as we shut down. The service was outstanding, along with the fuel and hangar prices. I will be visiting Avantair on my next trip into the area.

I recently tried to fly into CDW but due to very low fog I was unable to land there and had to divert to Trenton (KTTN). Even TEB was closed due to fog. Even though I did not land at CDW, ShawLynn watched us on Flight Aware and taking it upon herself to make sure we had transportation, she contacted the limo company that was enroute to pick us up at CDW and re-routed them to TTN. Several other aircraft also diverted to TTN that night but we were the only ones that were able to get a limo to Manhattan as all other cars and limos were busy. Several planeloads of people were very upset that they had to stay in Trenton for the night but we went on to Manhattan in time to have a great dinner. I was truly impressed with Shawlynn's initiative and even though they didn't make a dime off me that night, you can be sure we will stop at Avantair EVERY time we come to NY. They are truly a class act!
