Stopped for fuel in an archer on a trip from Wisconsin to Colorado. Very friendly and quick service. Nice airport, nice controllers, nice facility.

PS Air has graciously hangared my Cirrus since Oct '07 in their main hangar at a very reasonable monthly rate. Hangar space is currently hard to come by at CID due to airport construction and they have helped me out considerably. I have found their service outstanding and attitudes helpful and pleasant despite the tough winter conditions this year. I highly recommend this FBO to anyone traveling to CID!

I hangared my single engine Cessna with PS last weekend. They were very polite and helpful. I was quoted $75/noc over the phone for the hangar but was charged $50/noc upon arrival. I did not buy fuel. Given the awful weather those two nights it was comforting to know my aircraft was safe and sound. I preflighted in the hangar and departed in challenging winter conditions in a warm plane. When I return to Cedar Rapids I'll be going back to PS.

We were making a fuel stop at CID coming from Wyoming to the east coast. We checked the fuel price on Air Nav and made a decision to use PS Air instead of Landmark based on the "guaranteed price" We went ahead and called before our departure to confirm the price of $4.26; however, we were quoted $4.53. I asked the CSR why the huge discrepency in price? She answered "that's what it is" Long story short, they are not following AirNav's guaranteed price policy and Landmark across the field sold us 527 gallons. This was an expensive lesson given the fact that we make this trip 5-6 x's a year.
Response from Keith Stewart, Line Manager, PS Air I apologize to you Mr. Davis on the mix up with the fuel prices. Our new CSR was in training and did not know yet about AirNav. The problem has been solved so please stop in on your next visit to Cedar Rapids.

Cross Country from California to Wisconsin. Landed due to weather. Overnite hangar reasonable for twin @ $50. Fuel price was well over competitors so I did not fuel. Line service excellent, spacious hangars but watch for birds in hangar. All the Citations and my Baron were decorated with bird doo. Line personnel did not want to clean off the airplanes. I did it myself. Caution lots of airport construction and one runway closed.

I was in this week a few times for my CFI check ride. Even though I was not going to purchase fuel AND we were using their facilities they were very nice and accommodating. I decided to buy some fuel even though I did not need it. They were great to me.

Disappointing. We called to arrange for fuel and order catering, and Chris estimated our order would cost "$50, at the most". When we arrived, our catering bill alone was over three times that amount! Even though our pilot had expressly told her we did not want expensive catering, she went ahead and ordered it. She had a number to call us and okay the order, but chose not to, and then did not even make any attempt to apologize for the exorbitant charge. Couple that with a higher than advertised fuel price, and we will not be visiting PS Air again.

I flew in to KCID a few weeks ago to pick up my brother from his long journey back from France, and I was very dissatisfied with the service at PS Air. As my first time arriving to KCID, I was unsure where to park, and nobody was around to assist. I found the T-tie downs and parked myself there. When I went into the building, there wasn't a person in sight. After a few minutes of waiting around, two guys came racing by in their tugs at top speed. Didn't seem to care that I was there until I requested fuel. The only positive experience I had was that they did fuel me up right away, and were very friendly. I work as a line tech at my home airport, so I know what is to be expected. I will definitely go to Landmark next time I fly to KCID.

Arrived in my Baron and the staff was Great. The linemen were at the plane in just minutes. Tied it down. Fueled. Office staff was professional. Great visit. The only item that is misleading is the GUARANTEED price is the WEEKEND discount price. The regular price is $.50 higher during the week or $4.68. When I asked for the weekend discount, no problem but then it was the $4.17.

Parked at PS Air few times now. Their prices are always 'way' higher than the 'guaranteed' prices published on 'AirNav.Com'. If you mention the 'AirNav' prices, they will honor it, but then again, WHY ADVERTISE ONE PRICE AND CHARGE ANOTHER? Twice now I had to mention the 'AirNav' – guaranteed - price. Line is very good and do a professional job. Nice, new, comfortable facilities inside and a nice lounge. For some reason pilots want to have a quiet rest for themselves, but if you get two of them together, they just chat and ignore that other pilots need to rest too. I find that again and again at all FBOs. Not an FBO fault, but pilots should be considerate to other pilots and treat others just as they themselves would like to be treated. PS Air's competition across the field is advertising $4.07/gallon, so I'm strongly inclined to check them out next time. And what's with this 'Fuel Flow' fee at P.S. Air? With the 'Fuel Flow' fee, the price/gallon is $4.22.

We planned our fuel stop based on research using the AirNav site. When we arrived, we were initially upset they parked us so far from what we thought was the office. After we deplaned, we realized we passed the hangars and we were actually very close to the office. Fortunately, I printed the KCIE page prior to departure and showed the girl. Without any questions, the fuel price was adjusted to the guaranteed price, saving us nearly $.80/gallon.

PS Air had moved into their new corporate offices and hanger the last time I was there. Still a nice FBO that is not a chain and gives smaller airport type of service. They are not as prominent on the field as Piedmont-now Landmark? PS Air is north of 9-27 and west of 13-31.
