Fly to KDFI frequently to visit family. Close enough that I have never purchased fuel and have parked overnight. However, I have never have been charged landing fee or parking and always gotten better service than other airports charging landing fees and parking. Recently returned to airport for departure right at closing time and gentleman locking up asked if we needed anything before he left. My wife took advantage of his offer to visit the wc. This was well after official closing time. I would recommend this as a stop if you were in the area.

Two fuel stops this trip, coming and going. Very friendly service. Had a minor maintenance issued handled by TAS, and the charge was extremely reasonable. Cheapest fuel on trip between WI and OH.

We landed here due to weather. Staff very friendly & helpful. Loaned us courtesy car to go to town for lunch. Wx did not improve enough to leave that day, so borrowed courtesy car again to spend night in motel in town. They have Wx. Computer & lounge. Not fancy, but very adequate.
