Excellent weather diversion experience. Shad and Steve were there in the evening to take care of me. Fueling was prompt and as WX deteriorated I decided to stay the night. My plane was quickly put in a hangar and I was given a crew car. The restaurant located in that passenger terminal (Hangar 54) was excellent, thanks for the recommendation! The next morning after I arrived Katie at the desk put me on the phone with an Airport Operations person, Todd, and he wanted to talk to me about the condition of the runways and taxiways since they were in the process of clearing snow. Overall, top notch service, way better than I have received at any bigger FBO chain. Thanks guys!
