10/10. Flew in for lunch, but doing my run up, engine ran rough on one mag. Returned (and it's an unfamiliar airport) but pulled up to B-N-B. Ed stopped what he was doing and took my airplane into the hangar. He found a couple of fouled plugs. He cleaned and gapped each one. He could have gouged me, but he charged me less than I pay for an hourly rate at my home airport. Engine ran fine after that, and I got on my way. Ed and Brianna are the kind of people who make the aviation community special.

I was on a trip from Massachusetts to Mexico. Had a few issues. Needed my aux oxygen filled but did not ask the price. They charged $125. Every other place I had it filled it cost between $80 & $90. Shame on me for "trusting". Needed my prop deice wires looked at. Dor another $240, nothing done. When had to stop for another maintenance issue they discovered 2 broken wires on same prop that no issue was found. Hmmmmmmm

I have known and flown aircraft maintained by these guys for over 12 years and they can be "trusted"! They may have to let you know of needed repairs but always work with you to handle things in a safe yet cost considered manner. I have and do trust my life and my family under their work!
