From Mike Brannigan on 04-Aug-2009: Pleasant stop -- but someone beat us to the crew car. Flight Guide suggests that Best Western will pick you up. When called, was told "I've been here 5 years, and never heard of that" Days Inn has a sign on the FBO desk saying "free pickup". When called, was told "nope" -- when I read him the sign verbatim, he said he'd need to call the manager. Got word the next morning it was "weekdays only" We got a local teen to give us a lift into town. We liked the airport, but feel fooled by the misleading ads.
From Tim Coldenhoff on 01-Aug-2009: Stopped here for MOGAS to and from Oshkosh this year. 24hr access to gas and the pilot lounge was much appreciated as I landed after hours on the way up. On the way back, I was met on the ramp by very friendly line service. Excellent airport!

From Bill Ellett on 07-Sep-2008: 8/15/08 Stopped early in the morning to fuel and get rid of morning coffee. Line guy came out and help us at the self-service pump. We were on our way in 20 minutes
From Alan Cheak on 05-Jun-2008: Used KEMP as a fuel stop on May 22, 2008. Great fuel price although I see the latest price on AirNav is higher than what I paid. Must have just gotten a new fuel load in. Easy in-n-out.
From Mike Forney on 17-May-2008: How could these folks get any better? Even with self-serve the folks came out to make sure the pump instructions were clear, and helped us fuel up. Great smiles and great attitude, especially when we tried to get fuel 60 miles west at 47K and the woman there wanted us to wait an hour until she finished her lunch.
From Richard Figliola on 27-Jun-2007: I can recommend this stop. Easy in/out in the C182. 24 hour access to flight planning/pc and break room! Plus FS (reg hours) or SS (24 hour) with both avgas and mogas at good rates.

From Eldon D. Chuck on 22-May-2007: 5/17/07. My first fuel stop on the way from KMQJ to KHND and I was quite surprised at how quickly the plane was refueled. Great service, lowest cost Avgas during the trip, and a nice clean FBO. Would not hesitate to make this stop in the future.
