Flightcraft has just finished construction of our NEW Self-Service Avgas 100LL fueling station. We are pleased to be able to offer our customers an option when they come to visit us in Eugene. Full Service is available at our FBO, or pilots may pump their own fuel for considerable savings. Please make note that the location of the Self-Serve site is on the East General Aviation Ramp, near the NEW Runway. Please come see us in Eugene!

Used this FBO when I went on vacation with my wife. Very friendly and clean. No direct vehicle access to the field, but overall great field, friendly and helpful ground crew. Excellent facility. Highly recommend and will use again next time we are up there.

Great service. What was supposed to be two extended weekends in a row with a three-day gap turned into a continuous visit. One of the line guys set me up with a local hotel for that three-day gap that offers a corporate discount to Flightcraft customers (roughly 40-50%) and a free shuttle. When it was time to leave they found me some insecticide when I noticed a wasp hanging around an intake port. They also cleaned off my windshield.

Very nice facility and a fair price for the caliber of service. We had an early morning arrival and a bit of difficulty with the rental car. They worked to remedy it, however for unusual hours we will probably walk to the terminal next time. Just to speed things up. Normally there service is very good.

I flew in today to pickup some items in town. Flightcraft staff was very friendly and helpful with parking and arranging for a taxi. The ramp is newly paved, painted, and provides ample parking. Using runway 34L, getting in and out was a breeze.

I flew in yesterday to drop off a passenger and pick up fuel. Lots of recent upgrades to their facility. New offices and lobby are very nice. They are currently repaving their ramp, but line staff was very helpful in getting me to parking. When completed they will have large GA parking to the South of the office. And as always their employees were extremely courteous and efficient. Flightcraft is THE place to visit when in Eugene.

Visited Friendly Service (FBO) twice during the week. I appreciated their personality so much the first flight that I went back two days later for static system and transponder checks. John did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Friendly's flight planning areas are clean and well equipped. Self-serve fuel is reasonably priced and very clean with all parts working, even the grounding line retractor. The taxiways can be confusing so ask for progressive instructions. Tower personnel were cooperative.

Flew into Eugene for our daughter's graduation from U of O. Flightcraft is always tops. This is our fifth time in. They greeted us, helped us park, unloaded the plane, got a luggage cart and loaded all our bags in the car. In the morning, the staff was friendly. Did not buy FS fuel because of the huge difference in price, and they were understanding! Great Job

After receiving horrible service at another FBO- it's nice to be greeted by such friendly and helpful people. This is not the only time either. I've been here about 6 times for 2007 and every time the people at Flightcraft has been nothing but helpful and friendly.

Visited Flightcraft last week. Only 2 other aircraft there. The girls at the counter did not seem very interested in helping us. I got the impression they had something more important to do. Will try and stop somewhere else next time.

Arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon. No line crew to be found; we ended up parking ourselves quite a ways from the entrance. On departure, they at least offered to tow our plane closer to their building. Overall, the service was lacking. Flightcraft could definitely use some competition on the field.
