Planned a fuel stop on flight north, based on pilot friend's recommendation, and was very impressed with service from Taylor Aviation. Mr. Taylor fueled our Seneca with the BEST-priced fuel on the east coast. Also, self-serve canteen was appreciated. We will be back!

From James Baum on 08-Nov-2008
Flew into Elizabethtown for a fuel stop and overnight enroute to Orlando from Boston. Oscar and his son Mitch were terrific. They provided the crew car to get to the hotel for the night, gave me restaurant recommendations, and could not have been more pleasant to deal with. I left the next morning with tanks full of $3.77 avgas and firm commitment to using this airport as a fuel stop as much as possible.

Always a pleasure to stop in to KEYF. After a routine fill up for my Cherokee, we were ready to do a short field takeoff, when the flap spring snapped. Well, after a helping hand from Oscar, and my new friend Bill, of Blackhawk Aviation, 16W was homeward bound. Thanks again for your friendly assistance. We'll be back soon. Mike Kohut--KSOP

You will NOT be disappointed stopping into this professional FBO with southern style hospitality. We have been stopping here for years for fuel (and a bathroom break) to and from our way to southern FL. The facilities are top notch, modern and clean. Computer weather is available along with a conference room if needed. Fuel prices are always one of the lowest you'll find. Easy access to the pumps (and well lighted at night). You will be served during hours and the 24/7 self-serve functions perfectly. You can't beat good fuel prices along with a personal and professional touch.

From Robert Englmeier on 03-Jun-2008
Visited Taylor Aviation again on 5/26/2008 and as always Oscar & Mitch were outstanding. You just can't beat the service and hospitality of this FBO!

From Matthew Etter on 02-Jun-2008
Stopped by Friday and Sunday on way to and from the beach. Service and facilities exceeded my expectations, and my expectations were high after reading all these glowing reviews. If you're in need of being treated like a person and not an N-number, be sure to stop here.

From Jared Max Hendler on 06-May-2008
It has been two years since my last comment for EYF, so I want to restate my unqualified recommendation of this fuel stop. Service, price and friendliness that can't be beat.

From Dennis Haber on 12-Apr-2008
Stopped in returning from Sun n' Fun. As I approached, I called in for airport advisories and requested refueling a hot dog and hamburger. They had me refueled with the food ready for a quick turn. Great people, good prices, good facility, quick service, and a great burger. Thanks.

From Matt Shifrin on 29-Mar-2008
It has all been said. A great stop if it is on the way... And even if it isn't. Good people, great fuel prices and they have free Whoppers candy at the front desk. What more could you ask for?

From Mike Bo on 28-Nov-2007
Outstanding support, excellent facilities, top-notch personnel. Oscar (owner) and Mitch (General Manager) Taylor responded with calm professionalism and innovative flexibility when our when our military aircrew encountered an unexpected situation and needed special assistance. They went above and beyond all reasonable expectations, working well into the night, safely and smartly responding to challenges, and providing gracious hospitality to our Marines. We are very appreciative of and were impressed by their capabilities and services.

From Dr. Donna Shannon on 11-Nov-2007
My husband and I stopped in Elizabethtown on the way to New England this fall, and on the way back. We were treated like royalty-Oscar met us at the fuel pump, helped with the fueling, provided a courtesy car, and sent us to a great restaurant for lunch!! Fuel prices were low-can't be beat!! We will be back again.

From John D. Lyon on 06-Aug-2007
Southern hospitality at its finest. Owner Oscar Taylor (retired Delta) makes you welcome from the first moment (tying down the airplane before you even get out) to the last (bringing out cold water and an apple for the trip). He made available an excellent courtesy car, recommended good restaurants, and got a room at the motel. Prices as advertised and very reasonable. I recommend without qualification.

From Del Johnson on 01-Jul-2007
This is an awesome fuel stop friendly service, clean/modern facilities, courtesy car, and cheap gas. They also have good prices on oil and filters -- stock up on your way home and save shipping. The Front Porch restaurant was excellent. Thanks for the hospitality!

From The Crews of Swift 14 & 15, HMM-364 on 15-May-2007
In April, I was in a flight of 2 CH-46s that had to make a precautionary landing at this airfield due to weather. I was the pilot in command of the second aircraft, and like the other Marines in our flight, ready to get home from the ferry flight that was already behind schedule. When we couldn't push the weather any farther, we turned back to the closest airstrip, which was Elizabethtown. It was the best decision we probably made the whole trip. This FBO was the most helpful and accommodating of any I have seen. It is the type of town where all the good things in America are alive and well. It is the type of airport where you will want to sit and talk to whoever happens by. The facilities are comfortable and the staff eminently courteous, professional, and hospitable. It was a rejuvenating experience that salvaged the rest of our trip, and though we didn't expect such a warm display of Southern hospitality, these nine Marines are glad we stopped. --

From Brian Link on 30-Apr-2007
Great airport to head into. I highly recommend grabbing a courtesy car and heading to Melvin's in town. Carolina-style burgers and hot dogs for super cheap make the trip well worth it. Staff at the FBO is very friendly and helpful.

From Randy Terbush on 29-Apr-2007
Stopped through April 20th 2007 along with a lot of other airplanes returning from Sun-n-Fun. Hamburger and Hotdog waiting on the grill. One of the most hospitable stops I have ever experienced. Recommended that you stop and visit these folks.

From Raymond Fowler on 24-Apr-2007
Heading north from Sun 'n Fun got low on fuel and stopped in. After landing, they called me on Unicom and asked if I wanted a hamburger and hot dog added to the grill. Free food plus 100LL at $3.48 for cash. Great facility and hospitality.

From Eric Russell on 13-Apr-2007
I fly up to KMEB from Daytona Beach every time I can. Usually make it non-stop to MEB in the Cessna. But I'll grab 5 gallons from KMEB for security and head to EYF. The service/prices cannot be matched. I came late one night and they had turned off the pumps because of a storm. By the time I was out of my plane the FBO clerk had heard me landing on the radio from his house and had driven to the airport to cut the pump on for me. NOW THAT IS SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY AT ITS BEST.

From Patrick Keen on 07-Apr-2007
I stopped in on the way from PA to FL for fuel. The service and prices were great. Some lunch and great conversation with local pilots turned this fuel stop into a fun intermission to a long trip. Great place to stop. Thanks Mitch! Much better! We will return; once again it was a great experience.

From James Hann on 05-Mar-2007
I use this airport as my fuel stop between NY and Florida with my family. Service from Mitch is outstanding, fuel is well priced and good restaurants are a short drive away in the crew car. Say hi to Mitch for me from N95GF.

From Rick Sorrell on 01-Feb-2007
Stopped to fuel for an angel flight. Mitch beat me out to the pumps and fueled me for a quick turnaround to my final destination. This has got to be one of the friendliest, courteous FBOs I have seen. This would be a great stop for trips up and down the coast.

From David Allen on 21-Jan-2007
Mitch is a real asset to aviation on the east coast. Ultra cheap fuel, super nice facilities, conference room, 24 hr self serve. GREAT! I'll be back.

From David Rood, Malibu 550MG on 11-Jan-2007
If the cost of fuel is not enough to make you land here, the friendly service should be. Mitch was great. Helped fuel the airplane at the S/S and was a true southern gentleman. Hope to make my way back over there again.

From Wouter Slagter on 16-Dec-2006
We enjoy our visit to KEYF. As always, Oscar was happy to greet us at the pump. While listed as S/S fuel, Oscar gives you F/S. Clean, neat FBO, cozy stop for coffee etc. Welcoming Southern hospitality
