Stopped in and had lunch one afternoon and the portions were HUGE and the service was great! The atmosphere was fantastic with all the WWII items all over... And to top it off, there was the Warbirds Unlimited Foundation's B-25H based out front giving rides! Evidently the plane is there through the winter months and gives rides off the ramp. I can't imagine a better mix, great food and warbirds!

On a recent stop off at KFFZ my wife and I throughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the food at Anzio Landing. With the ability to taxi park with in 50 yards of the restaurant and have a meal that was not your normal FBO food was GREAT! If planning a trip through the Phoenix area stop in and try the garlic pork, salad and garlic rolls. Its fine dining on the airport without calling a taxi or using the courtesy car.

I live 3 miles away from FFZ. Anzio's Landing is a "real" restaurant that gets most of its business from non-pilot locals who want to go out to a nice restaurant for good food. The fact that it's located on the airport means that pilots passing through get the rare treat of eating restaurant-quality food without having to rent a car.

Falcon Field is my home airport and Anzio Landing has been a great place to eat over the years! The WWII memorabilia is absolutely amazing and creates a unique dining atmosphere. The service has always been great! Ditch the $100 hamburger and go for $100 spaghetti with meatballs.
