Unusually refreshing customer-oriented operation. The FBO manager, inside staff, line manager (Marcus) and line guys (and gals) could not have made a better effort to make us feel at home. You cannot get any closer to the convention area and beaches. Enjoyed substantial "first time customer" fuel discount. In the mix of large and small aircraft, we were made to feel at home in our fuel efficient Mooney. Next time we come back we will bring the Gulfstream (just kidding).

On our 2nd visit with Jetscape, we parked the plane for a week, got a discount on the fees and fuel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Jetscape continues to earn its reputation for exceptional service. Our New Year's Eve arrival was delayed due to weather and mechanical problems, but Marcus made sure we were well taken care of—even though the FBO was officially closed when we landed. I was still wearing northern clothes and sweating buckets in the FL warmth, but Marcus sent me on my way with a frozen drink to help me acclimate. Ramp fees are high for a 172 ($30/night), but demand is heavy at this airport. The convenience was worth it to us. Airplane service was swift and as requested. First-visit per registration number is still good for a fuel discount. This 172 driver was treated no differently from a Gulfstream driver. First-rate FBO.

Having been using the services of all the FBO's on the field, I am most satisfied with Jetscape. The friendly ladies at the desk, efficient line crew service make up a talented team. I own a twin Cessna and drop in on them weekly for business and pleasure and am always flowered with positive vibrations coming from their spirit of excellent customer service to the Jimmy Buffet and island music playing on the way out, instantaneously bringing me back to my home in the Bahamas before even leaving the ground. Great place, nice people and excellent services. My hat goes off to them for another great year!

The Good: Great customer service at Jetscape. They arranged my rental car and had it waiting for me. When the Internet in the flight planning room failed, they allowed me to use Internet in their office. The reps behind the desk are friendly, competent and efficient. The Bad: $30 per night parking plus $10 landing fee for a single engine piston even with a purchase of 85 gallons of fuel. Also, I told the lineman I needed it totally topped off for a non-stop to DC and explained the slush tank scenario. When I came back to the plane Monday morning, each tank had 7 gallons of air in them. The manager was very apologetic.

Fantastic Service! It isn't everywhere that you get Red Carpet service when you arrive in a 40 year old Mooney. I did an overnight at Jetscape prior to flying to the Bahamas. When I arrived they met me with my rental car on the ramp and I was on my way in minutes. Subsequent departure was just as easy. When I returned from the Bahamas later in the week, they met me with a rental car and a luggage cart at Customs, unloaded the airplane, took my bags to Customs and then loaded them into the trunk of the very reasonably priced rental car. Jetscape is truly a service oriented organization. They add value to our ability to travel by general aviation.

I tied down at Jetscape for a few days while visiting FLL. Even though I was a 172 surrounded by private jets of all types (including a DC-9!), I was treated just as well as the big boys and never lacked for anything. The entire staff did everything possible to make my stay trouble-free. $8.00 for a quart of oil seemed a bit much, but the first-time-visit fuel discount helped make up for it. If you need to land at KFLL, Jetscape is a fine home for your plane while you're there.
