Helpful FBO staff and friendly. Enjoyed being based at KFOD for a couple of weeks.

Arrived Sunday afternoon for an early dinner. Was marshaled in by the FBO operator. Very nice facilities for pilots. Pilot lounge has nice recliners and DVDs for your entertainment. Nice restaurant a couple miles from the field. WiFi available. Would definitely visit again.

We were in today in our Turbo Commander N900NE and had excellent service. Nice FBO with really good fuel price.

Very nice facility and friendly, helpful folks. FBO is in the nice new terminal building. The self-service facility is a little difficult to find beyond the FBO. Self-service fuel was $5.10. Access to the ramp is difficult after normal duty hours. They do not open until 0800 on weekends and you may need to make arrangements with the FBO for door combination to get access to the ramp.

Self Serve Fuel is toward the south end of the curved ramp area. Price was $5.22 for 100LL. Ramp person was courteous and helpful - he got a ladder for me to refuel our Cessna.

Beautiful remodeled facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Fuel was reasonable. It can be busy with fast planes, so keep you eyes and ears open when approaching or departing this uncontrolled field.

A great place with nice helpful employees. Without asking they had a lineman out to help park the plane. Ready willing and able to help with any of my requests. At the moment (end of August '07) the GA part of the terminal building is undergoing renovation. It's a bit of a mess right now but they are doing their best under the circumstances. Should be very nice when it gets finished. There is a weather terminal available and a direct connection phone line to flight service. A real nice place - I'll be back.

Overall a great experience. Arrived at Fort Dodge after their normal business hours on a Sunday. It was unclear how parking worked at this airport at first, but the owner's wife had stayed after hours and helped me put the plane in position. She then called the best western hotel for me and a shuttle was arranged while I was still gathering my belongings from the plane. Very nice FBO with even nicer employees, I'll be back next time I'm out this way.
