Real good place, fast service, efficient, helpful people, nice lobby and dog friendly. Car waiting conveniently right out front.

What a super experience - the best Landmark ever visited. Prompt, courteous service and friendly staff, line personnel, and clean, new facility. The fuel truck was waiting as we parked, rental car took 2 minutes to arrange, hotel another 2 minutes - and, no overnite/tiedown fees with fuel purchase. A great place/city to stop mid-continent (plus, SD has the cheapest auto gas in the country), nice hotels (Sheraton), nice restaurants (south side of town), and great people. Easy airport to navigate.

Very nice new facility, but still helpful and friendly. My cab never showed up to take me to the hotel, so the line guy was kind enough to drop me off in the crew car. Note: the restaurants around the airport vary from bad to terrible. If you're spending the night, go into town -- it's only an extra couple miles, and there are decent places to eat and much nicer places to stay, both at a reasonable price.

I was AOG with a shimmy damper problem, and Tim I. From Encore's maintenance department worked hours, well into the night, to get me going. All FBO staff was friendly and helpful. Nice that there is a restaurant in the FBO.

Stopped for the night en-route to OSH in my small RV-4. Very nice folks. Got a fuel discount for going to Oshkosh and they did not charge me for the tie down. I was treated as if I was buying lots of jet fuel. Very nice FBO with one of the nicest flight planning rooms I've seen.

Busy FBO but even when you pull up in a Skylane RG the roll out the red carpet. Help with luggage, hotel, car rental, fuel, cleaned the windshield, filled our small O2 bottle and even help put the cover on the airplane in a strong wind. Don't forget to request the storm stacker service (will move your airplane off the line into a hangar) in the event a thunderstorm pops up for ½ the rate of the normal hangar fee if needed.

What a change new ownership can bring!! Never did the Business Aviation people offer to help with luggage. Before, It was like paying a months rent to hangar the plane for a couple of nights-the new owners storm stacked it for free! Keep up the good work.

Brand new facility. Gas prices were definitely big city. However, line service and front desk were friendly and helpful, and the new building is great.

Wonderful new facilities. Was great to have the crew car available to visit a dying relative in the hospital several times. Once they even gave us the car over the big iron because they never bought fuel there.

"Full Service FBO"? These guys said they "cannot add any oil to turbine aircraft. The mechanics must do it; they'll be able to do it in the morning." Huh? I used to go to Business Aviation and it was a great place for a quick turn, but with a so-so lobby. Their service was great (free pork tenderloins!). Now it's not the same...
