Friendly folks, I was zipping back and forth from FSM this weekend, nice friendly folks. I ended up with a flat tire; I borrowed tools from line guys, great service. Definitely be stopping there again.

Enroute from St Louis to Paris TX and lost oil pressure on my left engine. Mr. Tim Rogers of TAC Air went over and above to assist us and get us airborne again. Thanks to all the folks at TAC Air for assisting our passengers and returning our aircraft to service.

Superb service to and from Florida. Fuel on the way down, and unexpected landing due to weather on return flight. Made room in a hangar, recommended a good hotel and got us a car promptly. Very good FBO.

Very nice FBO, wouldn't think twice about stopping there if I'm around again.

Stopped in for fuel on a short cc. Ramp guy took my order and by the time I got to the door they handed me keys to a crew car and recommended a restaurant. Really friendly staff, good fuel prices, decent car. Would recommend.

Used TAC Air for overnight stop on 9/19/08. Excellent service and facility. Very helpful staff. No fee for tie-down with fuel purchase. First Class building, crew lounge and conference room.

My wife and I flew into TAC Air on 09/11. I was having a potential electrical problem that the mechanics jumped right onto to solve. While they were working on plane, the Staff offered a crew-car so that my wife and I could grab some lunch. When we returned, the plane was ready and tanks topped-off. On our return flight, my wife and I elected to return to FSM and TAC Air. The service was still great; that is four out four times. I would highly recommend this FBO for their facilities and their great hospitality.

Stopped in at TAC Air on Sept 5th for a quick turn in our Comanche 260. Very attentive staff, nice facility, quick service. I'll definitely return to TAC Air and recommend them highly. TAC - Thanks for making a long day of flying that much more enjoyable. Nicely done.

Just another great stop. Easy in/out, beautiful facility, and friendly helpful staff.

Great FBO! 10 gallons or $10 for single engine aircraft is not a bad deal at all considering the amenities offered in this FBO (wireless internet, comfortable crew lounge, etc). Great service and friendly attitude. I will be back!

We stopped in for fuel and lunch on our way back to Texas. We were offered and accepted a really nice courtesy car. These are friendly folks, and they have a really nice pilot's lounge (with a widescreen LCD T.V. that had direct TV) on the second floor overlooking the airport.

Great turnaround on the way to Oshkosh. Clean facility and nice courtesy car. Many restaurant choices nearby! Will be back.

My wife flew to FSM on her solo cross country last weekend and pulled up to TAC Air to use the restroom before departing on her next leg. Before leaving, the lady at the front desk told her she owed a $13 ramp fee. She said $3 was for landing and $10 was a ramp fee. She could avoid the fee by topping off. She topped off, and unknown to her at the time, she was charged 13 cents more than the guaranteed price per gallon on AirNav. The lady at the counter said that she just found out that day that she needed to start charging small aircraft a fee. According to AirNav, it states: "LNDG FEE FOR ALL FAR 121 & FAR 135 OPNS ABOVE 12, 500 LBS." My wife was in a Cessna 172. Her CFI sends all of his students there on their cross country. The tower at FSM is very accommodating to students who need to do their 3-towered landing. It's a shame that TAC Air is charging Cessna 152 and Cessna 172's ramp fees.

Stopped for overnight. Was driven to motel and picked up the next morning. Good, friendly service and great facility. Recommend for any transient stop.
