Thom Duncan Avionics recently completed a total avionics upgrade to my Cessna TR182 and the attention to detail and quality of the installation is excellent. I would highly recommend anyone considering avionics repair or panel upgrade to consider Thom and his team.

You cannot do better than the team at Thom Duncan Avionics. Excellent communication, easy to work with, and they have integrity: The will get it done when they said they would and like their tagline says, they get it right the first time. No one else is touching my bonanza's panel from now on but Thom's shop.

Thom and Kevin added a GARMIN GDL 69A and rear seat 6 pin headset jacks to my pristine Cessna T182T. I could not be happier with their attention to detail, devotion to doing things correctly and willingness to accommodate my schedule. Super smart, extremely well organized and able to communicate thoughts in an understandable language. This avionics shop knows their stuff. Good people!

Last October we were planning a trip out west and my Aspen failed on me. We have an avionics shop on our home field but they were too busy to get me in. I got a recommendation for Thom Duncan. Thom told me he was also very busy but took the time to find out what was going on with the Aspen. After troubleshooting it over the phone he gave a couple of options. One was an upgrade to the Max Aspen with a loaner due to the backlog of new units. The loaner came pretty fast and Thom took time out of his busy schedule and we were able to make out trip out west. When the Max unit arrived he again took time out of his schedule and installed the new unit. A few days ago I had a hiccup with the Aspen and again got me fixed just a few days after my call to him.
