Our company used the only FBO on the field for two Quick Turn stops in our Citation Bravo. On both occasions we had called ahead of time and made prior arrangements on the phone requesting a quick turn. Arriving the first afternoon there was no lineman out to help assist us park and the owner of the airplane went inside and had to ask for the fuel truck to come to us. It took us 30+ minutes to turn. The following afternoon we were delayed nearly 90 minutes due to improperly trained staff. After fueling one wing, the lineman hit a pump switch with the hose while walking to the other wing. He could not figure out how to turn the pump on. Finally the 'supervisor' arrived after we were on the ground for over an hour, flipped the switch and finished fueling at which time they spilled fuel all over our wing and new de-ice boot. Jet operators- go somewhere else for service. After 3 phone calls and numerous e-mails I have been blown off by the manager Darlene. This is a terrible blow to GA.

After reading the previous posts I was concerned about the service at GAI..... Nothing could be further from the truth.... We flew in yesterday, 4/17/08 and flew out today 4/18/08........ The service was impeccable... Someone waiting for us when we landed... Coaching us into a slot for over night parking...... Making sure we had our rental car..... No parking fee.... No landing fee..... A wonderful airport.... John the manager could not be more helpful.. You must try this field they are wonderful....
