SAI moved to (GEG) in the 60's and has continued to operate as a full-service Fixed Base Operator at the Spokane International Airport for over 50 years. I have been flying out of GEG for years now and have been renting my aircraft from Spokane Airways. They have always given me excellent service. The staff is very friendly and are always willing to help out in anyway they can.

Spokane Airways is one of the top FBO's I have been to. Extremely highly recommended. I have been here quite a number of times, and every time I have always been greeted promptly by a lineman and asked what services I would need. They also offered a crew car free of charge. Spokane Airways is very accommodating. Keep it up!

Tied down for 3 days. Rental car was ready and plenty of help to get bags to it. Staff was very polite and helpful and I thought the service was top notch. Would definitely stop there again.

Very friendly staff. I was stuck in town trying to find a part for my airplane. Even though they were not able to find the part, they were very helpful and trying to do all that they could.

First time back to KGEG in a couple years and was surprised to see that the Airport had forced a long-time tenant to have to relocate to a smaller, less-visible location on the airport immediately adjacent to a competitor. That being said, the service provided by Drew Luckey and his line crew was professional - as always. Whether parking a Citation 650 or yesterday's C90B he and the rest of the good folks at Spokane Airways make you feel like your passengers and airplane are in good hands. Pricing is also reasonable and attractive.

As a professional pilot I am utilizing FBO services at various airports EVERYDAY. Spokane Airways sets the standard in my book for friendly, professional service in comfortable and well-appointed surroundings. Kudos to them.

Exercise caution! Spokane Airways ramp and XN ramp are immediately adjacent to one another off the C taxiway and completely unmarked. NO Spokane Airways sign so easy to park on the wrong ramp.

Spokane Airways has MOVED! Due to airport construction, they have moved from their great location to about Mid-Field. Be SURE to ask for progressive Taxi instructions! Same great folks, and service - but not exactly the same great terminal. BeechSportBill

For over a year I have been a customer at Spokane Airways. At least once a week; sometimes as much as five times weekly. In all my dealings with them, I have been treated like royalty -- and I continually witness other customers receiving the same outstanding service. Their price is sometimes not the cheapest available, but attitude, consideration, and service more than make up for the slight cost difference. They have a loyal and repeating customer in me.
