As a professional pilot I am utilizing FBO services at various airports EVERYDAY. Spokane Airways sets the standard in my book for friendly, professional service in comfortable and well-appointed surroundings. Kudos to them.

Exercise caution! Spokane Airways ramp and XN ramp are immediately adjacent to one another off the C taxiway and completely unmarked. NO Spokane Airways sign so easy to park on the wrong ramp.

Spokane Airways has MOVED! Due to airport construction, they have moved from their great location to about Mid-Field. Be SURE to ask for progressive Taxi instructions! Same great folks, and service - but not exactly the same great terminal. BeechSportBill

For over a year I have been a customer at Spokane Airways. At least once a week; sometimes as much as five times weekly. In all my dealings with them, I have been treated like royalty -- and I continually witness other customers receiving the same outstanding service. Their price is sometimes not the cheapest available, but attitude, consideration, and service more than make up for the slight cost difference. They have a loyal and repeating customer in me. Thanks, guys!

Arrived in the afternoon on 8/15 about 15:00 and ordered a top off Jet A w/prist and asked that it be done that night. We got to the airport @ 05:00 the next AM to find the doors locked. No big deal except that it was hard to get a hold of anyone. Finally did and was told that line personnel would be there to pull another airplane out of the hangar @05:45. She showed up around then and let us in. We were told that she couldn't run our credit card that early and would direct bill us. No problem except that when our passengers showed up, we had been charged for the fuel but it hadn't been done yet. About a 20 minute delay. If you go there allow extra time for things to get done. You get NO help from the line staff. Seems like they have very little competition and don't really worry. Tough time thinking on their feet.

Nice facility and helpful staff. I had to wait out a thunderstorm before taking on fuel, so they gave me the crew car and sent me off to a good restaurant. Excellent planning room. If I have a complaint it's that they won't park you in front of the building even if you're a gas-and-go; you have to park in the back 40 and walk across the ramp. Normally that's fine, but if you arrive when it's raining or snowing I can see how that would be annoying.

We arrived just ahead of a thunderstorm in a Citation. The line service immediately came out with the rental car for the passengers and helped load it as the rain began. Then they quickly delivered me to the airline terminal in time to meet my departing flight on Horizon.

After seeing my previous post, Spokane Airways made things right by refunding the $45 and apologizing. They also sent me some cheese! Thanks for paying attention.

I think these guys are rip off artists. I arrived 15 minutes after 10 PM (their closing time) and was charged a $45 after hour fee just to be let through the airport fence. Didn't go into the building nor use any services at the time. That is in spite of the line guys being there for two jets anyway and my buying $450 of fuel the next morning. I won't be back there.
