If it’s a private jet or a little Cessna you get great service at Lux Air. Also a new flight school at the Glendale airport hangar office just south of the tower. Along with the great fuel and service at Lux Air you can fly 172sp at a great price, lowest in the valley.

LUX AIR is at the top of my short list of great places to stop for service or RON's. They offered their crew car without inquiring in their wonderful well equipped facility. The manager, Carl Brandenburg is always available for any service and Jennifer is an absolutely breath fresh air behind the service desk. No big empty fuel tanks here, just a C340 on an extended business stop.....I'll be back.

Excellent, friendly service from the folks at Lux Air. We stopped by for one night on Sunday 8-23-09. Our Hertz car was ready and waiting, we were offered free coffee and snacks, and the facility was sparkling-clean. Very friendly front-desk staff. And the self-serve fuel was very reasonably priced ($4.19 for 100LL). Also, there was no tiedown fee for our Turbo Arrow. When we're back in Phoenix, Lux Air at KGEU will be our first choice.

Nice visit with Lux Air. Some confusion about our fuel order led to a delay on departure (off loading to get back to the correct fuel load). Other than that, a good FBO.

Beautiful FBO. The entire staff was very helpful, ready to bend over backwards. Great fuel prices. A must stop if you are visiting the Phoenix area.

Nice facility, friendly service, reasonable full service fuel prices and a Hertz counter inside. Inexplicably, they have no courtesy shuttle to the White Sox/Dodger spring training stadium next door... I was told you get a 40-cent fuel discount if you have lunch in the terminal first!!

Flew in for a Dodgers spring training game in my Bonanza. Staff was friendly and helpful; Hertz counter in lobby; car was ready to go; fuel was cheap. Highly recommend.

Feb. 17th, 2009 Due to the TFR over PHX on this date we were required to divert into Glendale airport rather than our planned destination. Upon arrival we were greeted and welcomed by a most friendly line crew. Once in the terminal the ladies at the counter were most helpful in trying to find transportation for us to get to our hotel. Due to the time of day this was not possible and the Lux Air manager gave us a ride in his own vehicle. This is service above and beyond that puts Lux Air at the top of our list! Thank You Lux Air!! Just visited Glendale airport and Lux Air this past weekend. EXTREMELY good and friendly service, folks were tying me down before I was out of the plane, offering to help with bags. Had an inexpensive Hertz rental car, and very friendly on-site Hertz agent pull up in the car out at the plane. Reasonable gas, tie downs via the city only $3.75 per night. I don't know how an FBO could give better service, would go out of my way to go back.

We stopped into GEU for a NASCAR race and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the personnel and the facilities at Lux Air. This would be a great place to stop in Phoenix rather than SDL or PHX if you need to access the west side of town. They fed us barbeque, were very pleasant and Tim Berger was very proactive in seeing that all of our needs were met. Two thumbs up!

Kim in Customer Service is the best! Highly recommend this FBO and the Hampton Inn 3 miles away. Avoid the Mexican Restaurant just down the street from the Hampton Inn...its pricey and mediocre. Thanks Kim! Scott Williams from Midmark

When you are having a bad day due to circumstances beyond your control, .. this is the place to be. World class friendly service from Kim, Brianne, Scottie, Jeremy, James and Tim. And lets not forget Terry, the line service manager.. What can I say, .. This man saved my bacon. Not many places you can go to these days where someone treats your aircraft as if it was their own. A thousand thank you's wouldn't be enough. These folks are the heroes of my day. Seriously guys and gals, .. file KGEU and treat yourselves to an awesome FBO. Great Hertz service on site, . open roads.. fresh air.. ample hotels.. and not crowded at all. LUX AIR ROCKS!

Stopped overnight on 10/29-10/30 and staff was GREAT. Had a line person waiting for us, helped with our bags, brought our rental car right to the plane and unloaded everything with us. Very helpful. Next day when leaving, same experience, including had the fuel truck ready next to the plane to provide fuel since I called ahead. Very nice folks and great fuel prices for the PHX area. I've been stopping here for 2 years now and since Lux Air took over, the service has been world-class, but the prices are still very reasonable.

Friendly. Top service. I know. Marooned here due to a technical problem, I had to bother folks a lot more than I'd have liked, but Brianne and Kim (hafta use alphabetical order here) made me feel really welcome and at home. Their friendliness and support made something very good out of an, uh, suboptimal situation. Many thanks!!

The great service started immediately upon opening our aircraft door. Art in Flight Line Service handled our luggage, our passenger’s rental vehicle was pulled ramp side for easy access and Brianne was extremely helpful in taking care of our other arrangements.

Lux Air is a great facility. Service was general aviation friendly, prompt and just what you would expect from a professional FBO. If you are flying through the PHX area I would defiantly recommend using LuxAir.

Another great visit. Flew in later than planned (8:30 PM) but lineman was waiting to park us up front, Hertz rental car was fired up and AC running - all fast and efficient. Next day friendly staff on front desk got a bag of ice and let our passengers back onto the ramp. Fuel price reasonable for the area and no ramp fee with fuel purchase. Very nice facility. Can't wait to be back.

We flew in to GEU in a V35 to make a deal on another V35. The entire staff at LUX Air was very helpful. They carried us over to the Cafe, they help with the inspection of the plane we were buying and went out of their way to help us.

Glendale Aviation has been sold and is now Lux Air Glendale I was told they no longer offer flight training and they are no longer a Cessna dealer. It does look like a high-class bizjet FBO now. The building has been remodeled, redecorated and refurbished and the usual crowds of attractive jet center personnel types are working there now.

Flew in again from California. Again, Excellent service. Stayed for a week and the tie down for the entire time was waved with a fuel purchase. I like that I am able to drive the Enterprise Car Rental up to the airplane to load and unload my luggage. The line personal helped me tie down and secure my plane. I have to return early next year for another seminar, and of course, I will be using Glendale Aviation

Great service... I flew into Glendale on Sunday for a weeklong seminar. After landing, I called Glendale Aviation on Unicom 122.95 and was directed where to tie down. During unloading my plane, someone drove up in one of those gulf carts and offered assistance to help load and carry my luggage to there terminal. Made the necessary arrangements for the plane and walked over to Enterprise to rent a car. All in a nice air-condition terminal. At the end of my stay, they filled the plane and only charged for 3 of 7 nights of tie down fees ($3.75 a night). Drove the rental car up to my plane and loaded my luggage. Returned the car and I was on are way. Tower was helpful, the let me do a right crosswind departure to go direct to Buckeye VOR. If back in the area, I will use Glendale Aviation again.

I'm a student pilot at another flight school at KGEU, but we use GA for our fuel services, apart from some long waits for fuel (though they always tell me what # in line I'm in) service has been great. Stayed open a few minutes past their normal fuel truck closing hours to fuel my SR20 for a night X-Country, otherwise we wouldn't have gone anywhere. Also used the CATS testing center. Great service from the folks up front. Were even honorable enough to fill me in when they realized I double paid for my test, both to CATS when I scheduled it and when I showed up 2 days later to take the test. Thanks guys, that's $90 bucks I'm sure you'll get back from me at some point.

Earned my PPL with Glendale Aviation. Service can be hit and miss, but is usually outstanding. Flew one of their 172SP's yesterday for an all-day cross-country and they were very accommodating. My daughter became ill right before we left, and they provided us with snacks and sick sacks to help the situation, which was way above and beyond my expectations. Rental planes vary in quality, but the newer models are generally fairly well maintained considering the training abuse they receive. Because of the good service, I continue to come back.

Counter personnel unwilling to help find hotel or rental car, but charged $250 ramp fee. Asked to fax form of our arrival/departure dates. Told they would have to stay until midnight if they took info over phone from everyone. Maintenance issues upon arrival. Asked head mechanic James Butler to pull screen to inspect for FOD damage. Informed he couldn't do any work unless he had airplane specific maintenance manuals in hand. Would not use faxed copies. When inquiring about this, he asked me to step outside (felt like I was about to get in a bar room brawl). When on the ramp mechanic was very confrontational and at one point came within 1 foot of my face with his. Told me he didn't want the liability of my airplane on his ramp. I asked to speak with manager in private. When told of incident, manager didn't apologize or even say he would look into it. First place I have ever felt my safety was in danger. The only FBO that I would NEVER return to again!!!
