There are not enough positive adjectives to describe the incredible experience we had at KGPH! On the way north we stopped. In addition to low fuel prices, Mark was intent that we would be made to feel welcome and comfortable and that we would lack for nothing while we were there. He made sure we knew where everything was that we needed. The facility was very nice, clean, neat and well appointed. We could choose between WSI and the internet for flight planning, at no charge. On the way back home we met John. He knew before we taxied up where we had been and how hard the flight had been. He absolutely went out of his way to take care of us and help us relax after 4 hours of fighting headwinds. This service is miles above and beyond any I have ever experienced at any FBO. And we were not a jet. Just a 30 plus year old piston single. My wife and I were pleasantly stunned.

Awesome place to stop for fuel and a great alternative for MCI or MKC when in Kansas City. There service was great and the Fuel Price was so CHEAP! Even cheaper than the negotiated price at our home airport. Take few extra gas cans when you go.

Stopped in to refuel on Easter morning. Great service. Cheap price for fuel. Good runway and taxiways. Friendly people. Back in air in 15 minutes with 200 gals. Would return happily.

Came in to GPH on Thanksgiving day. John, the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The facility was great with everything you'd need, even a pool table. Definitely a great place to stop that I will use again and again.

Nice building which is open 24 hours, gas pumps are self-serve, nice maintained runway, FBO is equipped with "extras" should you need a place to stop due to bad weather! Very friendly staff, courtesy car available upon request, great place to stop in Midwest!

Brought the boss and his family into GPH with the company Citation. Nice clean terminal, shower, WSI and internet, even a pool table. Great fuel price, easy in and out. John the weekend manager couldn't have been more helpful. Exactly the type of small town airport and FBO that needs to be supported.

Arrived on an Angel Flight mission Memorial Day to pick up folks on their way to the Mayo Clinic. Fuel price is hard to beat and my passengers were able to relax in a very nice waiting area; complete with pool table! Plan on stopping here and you won't be disappointed.

No heated hangar available for my stopover, but a local allowed me to use his extension cord so that I could get an earlier departure. This is the 1st time I'd been back here in over a year & the new terminal is nicely equipped with showers & snooze room. I'll be back more frequently (but I'll bring an extension cord for my pre-heat).

Checked AirNav to pick this FBO for a fuel stop. Everything as advertised. Very nice, clean airport in excellent condition. Met by very nice employees who treated us well. They do not have an avgas truck yet so be sure to taxi up to the self serve pumps for you fuel. Our turn around was fast and they made every attempt to meet our needs. Thanks, we will be back. OH, and fuel prices are also a good reason to come back!

I decided to give them another shot. This time I was absolutely impressed with their service. Very nice and smooth runway, very nice employees. My previous comment was innacurate. I later learned that the FBO was NOT brokering the aircraft that we were looking at and they had nothing to do. I am very sorry Collin (spelling) for all the hassle, you guys are a great bunch of people and work hard to make things happen. Well done guys! See you soon!

Flew all the way from Oklahoma City to look at a Cessna 152 that was for sale. I called the airport manager about 2 weeks ago and let him know that I was coming up to look at it. We were delayed about 10 minutes due to en route weather. They would not even stay 5 minutes after they close or would not answer their phone after we called numerous times. The worst customer service I have ever seen. However, the airport was nice.

Mr. Watkins, we are sorry that we missed you. If you would have called us right before you left Oklahoma or while in flight we would have stayed behind to meet you. We do it all the time. At closing time he hadn't heard from you, so we went home for the night. Also, that night I went out of my cell phone's service area and wasn't able to receive your call or get your message until the following day. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience and I hope we get another chance to make it up to you in the future.

I have visited GPH numerous times. The service is excellent and Colin (Airport Manager) is always eager to meet our needs and to make our stay comfortable.

I was surprised to find this airport. It's a very nice field with over a mile of runway in the middle of a very rural area. The FBO service was excellent. The weekend person at the FBO fueled my P210 for me and made sure I had a place to plug in the tanis heater. Overall a very positive experience.
