Excellent service is what we expected, and that is what we received. Hangar space was available for our aircraft during our cold & icy stay. The hangar price was more than fair. Rental car was on time, and warmed up. The facilities are fresh, comfortable, and well appointed. This is a great FBO.

Final destination on a Pilots N Paws rescue mission, as we pulled up lineman met us on the ramp, after shutting down they tied down aircraft for the night, and got us to our hotel, next morning when we returned, the plane was already fueled and ready to go, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this FBO to anyone traveling to GRR.... Mike and Rapid Air are A+

What a great FBO to stop at in the Grand Rapids area. Wonderful service, exceptional facilities, warm cookies and cold bottled water. Outstanding pilot flight planning area with a great overhead projector TV connected to it. Mason was of great help to me while there, offering his service anywhere he could. I would highly recommend you check this place out.

We had great experience stopping at Rapid Air in Grand Rapids. On arrival we found a very helpful staff with our luggage, a rental car waiting, and directions to our appointments. The staff also found us a nice hotel room downtown, great rate! On departure the next morning we were quickly fueled while I flight planned in the well appointed pilots planning room. I'm sure we'll be back!

Spent a week coming and going from Rapid Air last week. The staff was friendly and helpful although I was in a C172. Fuel is reasonable considering the area, but service made the price a deal. A staff member came in early on Sunday to help us depart. Great FBO facilities. Thanks!!!

Lineman was there to guide me in - warm cookies then awaited. Excellent facilities and good service. I plan to stop again on my return trip.

Stopped in for a day trip with Citation Encore. Friendly people, supportive, great service. No lack of any kind. Line crew met our passenger at aircraft door with umbrella during pouring rain and gusty winds. Rental car was 5 steps away, running and pre heated. Crew van was provided for lunch. Doesn't get any better than this. Thanks so much. We will be back!

Stopped in at Rapid Air today for a quick turn, as it turns out my passenger was an hour late, Brady Cole went to the terminal twice to pick him up. I didn’t buy fuel and they didn’t charge me a landing fee. This is great service, coming back every time. Thanks Brady.
