Have been traveling to GSO weekly for some time now and the service is outstanding every single visit. The ladies at the counter and line guys are the best. I have adopted Atlantic Aero as my FBO home away from FBO home, so to speak. No reason to go elsewhere when flying to GSO

Stopped here at night for refuel and hotel. Busy but great airport and FBO. Atlantic Aero arranged hotel at reduced crew rate and gave me a ride to the hotel. It was my second time back, and they did not disappoint. I'll be back.

My Baron's right alternator failed an hour out of GSO. After landing Dennis confirmed the alternator was the problem and ordered a replacement for overnight delivery. They replaced it the next morning (no small task on the tightly-fitted IO-470s) and I was on my way before noon. Thanks to Fred and Dennis for great service.

I have been a base customer for almost three years in a PA28, and this is a great FBO. It sounds silly, but the vending machines are the greatest. If I am on the side of town with some time to kill, I go there to get some of the vending. They make everybody feel important. Good job to Scott, Amy, Kinisa (sp?), and Gina....

I stopped by Atlantic Aero yesterday in a Cessna 310 to pick up some boxes that were dropped off for our company. The line crew and office crews were very helpful. I had some trouble with a weak battery during starting and the guys came over with the GPU before I could even get out of the airplane to ask. Nice facilities, quick service. Good turn.

Parked PA-28 for 4 days with Atlantic Aero. Helpful courteous line staff and reception. Drove us to rental car lot. Competitive fuel, waived parking and tie-down fees. Great service at a great airport. Treated like we were a G5.

Excellent service with a smile. Lineman drove us to the commercial terminal to pick up a rental car. Enterprise let us leave at Atlantic Aero. Aircraft was fueled and ready upon our return. ATC was easy to work with. Will be back.

Flew into GSO on Oct 8th 2008 in a Cessna 182T and taxied to Atlantic Aero. A nice line service guy parked us immediately and asked if we needed anything. The girls behind the counter were wonderful and helpful. We'll definitely be back. Great service and support.

Been flying to the Triad for years always landing at KINT. The people at the FBO at KINT are super, but the fuel prices and surcharges are a killer. Weather was iffy and glide slope has been out for months at KINT so decided to try KGSO. Fuel was $1 per gallon cheaper, no fees, and Atlantic Aero let me have a courtesy car for 4 hours! Line service was immediate, front desk helpful and knowledgeable and they even had a pilot shop, which came in very handy. It takes 15 minutes longer to get where I need to be, but the cost savings and service made it well worth the extra time.

What a fantastic place! We are only a small piston plane and I am amazed with how well we are treated. One example is we had a maintenance issue on a Thursday night at 4:00 PM and they worked on the plane until 10:00 PM that night to get it fixed. We were leaving for Oshkosh at 8:00 AM the next day and you could tell they really wanted to get us fixed up so we could fly the plane to the show. 3-4 people jumped on it and they had us ready to go the next day. We remain very impressed with this FBO...

Very nice FBO. Not the largest ramp, but adequate. Everyone I have run into is very friendly and willing to help out. Our quick turn (200 gallons) was done very quick indeed; and we were not the only ones needing fuel at the time (several base/overnight planes where being fueled as well). Only downside with the FBO is the 2-mile taxi back to the end of the runway (if you can, ask for an intersection departure)!

Great FBO, excellent service, and top-notch facilities! However, for the sake of AirNav users (that's the point, isn't it?), I must reiterate Mr. Nowlin's previous comments. If you break down here, get ready to shell out big bucks. The maintenance department does excellent work, and they took extremely good care of my airplane. But with hangars full of Bizjets, Atlantic Aero is used to customers for whom money is no object. I left with a well-repaired airplane and an astronomical repair bill.

Very professional FBO, but they seem very comfortable with visits from general aviation. Lineman greeted us and marshaled us to parking. Courtesy car sometimes available for short drives, but make sure to get good directions: most maps of airport area roads are out of date because of constantly changing construction related to the new runway at GSO. Nice chart selection.
