Excellent FBO and Karina and the other staff are always friendly and helpful. One of my customer bases his corporate plane here.. Never disappointed. If you need maintenance, Dave is the man to see.

Having gone into Hawkins several times, I consider it a real plus & pleasure to see a team of hard working people take care of customers. If you are looking for nice facilities, good fuel prices, good maintenance, a crew car & yes-nice bathrooms, Aero Jackson is the place.

We've used Aero Jackson several times in the past few months and every time the staff has been friendly, helpful, and pleasant to be around. We have to wait on passengers most of the time and we don't mind doing so at this FBO. They don't have the largest FBO but it is clean, neat, and there is a lobby area with wireless internet and a crew lounge. Regardless of whether we need fuel for our Beech C90 or not they treat us the same and allow us to use the crew car. On several occasions they have gone out of their way to help us out. Thanks AERO JACKSON!!!

Can't say enough good about these folks. Went way out of their way to help with accommodations. Found a room $100 less than we could. Offered a crew car. Hard working folks who care about their customers.

We flew a Beech 200 into HKS on 11/14 and visited Aero Jackson. All the staff was fast on their feet, friendly and helpful. They had the rental car ready for our pax when we arrived, and were generous with the courtesy car and patient in recommending lunch and giving directions. Karina was exceptionally helpful, both on the phone the day before our arrival, and once we got there. We definitely recommend Aero Jackson to anyone visiting HKS.

Nice facility. Good fuel price. On the weekends, it seems to be a one-man/woman operation, but he/she gets the job done. I flew a C-172 there for the weekend. They refueled me and provided a nice rental car at a reasonable price. Hawkins Tower was great, providing a VFR squawk for my four-hour flight home. Easy in/out of the Jackson, Mississippi, area.

I went to Jackson on a business trip last month. I had many more trips to Jackson in 2004 and used Aero Jackson with no incident. This time, I called ahead to arrange for a rental car, and was told by the ramp guy working the counter that it couldn't be arranged and to call USave myself. I called USave, and they said they would have a contract and a car waiting on me. When I arrived, there was no contract, but there was a car. The ramp guy working the counter was not willing to fill out some blank contract forms and give me the car...So I was stranded. His attitude was that it wasn't his problem, and it was quitting time in 15 minutes anyway, and the new owners wouldn't approve. I taxied next door to Jacobs and in 10 minutes I was on my way in one of their cars. Since the ownership change at Aero Jackson, I will never go back there again.

Aero Jackson provides the best service for any FBO in Jackson. The gas prices are next to nothing compared to International. Also the ladies are great AND the TV works! Seems like that’s all a pilot needs to be happy these days.

I visit regular on a fairly regular basis. I find the staff more than helpful. The fuel prices are the lowest in the area. Good Job

Good fuel price and prompt fueling by lineman. However, lineman forgot to tie down my plane, which I discovered when I returned to the field 2 days later (it was only nose wheel-chocked). They waived parking fee with fuel purchase.

Visited Aero Jackson April 13, 2006. The lineman parked us and asked what services he could provide. The staff inside was pleasant and assisted us with our fuel request and provided a courtesy vehicle for lunch. The General Manager was helpful and pleasant. We will return to Aero Jackson again.

Flew into HKS to take advantage of a good fuel price at Aero Jackson. Last time that will ever happen. I had taken the time out of our schedule to send both a fax and make a follow up call to confirm our arrival and that it would be a QUICK TURN (2 fuelers and a GPU). The CSR told me that they would have people available to us. Approx 18 mins out we called the airport, and unable to reach someone we called again about 10 mins out. Still no answer. Into the building and it was a ghost town. About 10 mins later someone came from the north side of the field on a forklift, apparently that was our fueler. No GPU and he decided to pull up the truck that had only one hose reel. 35 mins later we were gone, nice quick turn. Placed a call to the GM to state my displeasure, they actually had the gaul to debate how long we had to wait for someone to show up to fuel us. I will never return to Aero Jackson at HKS... no matter how good the fuel price is.

Went there on an Angel Flight on a Sat. Only one person working both the front desk and line. The guy was trying to do his best to keep everybody happy. The management needs to add at least one more person on the week-ends.
