Did an overnight at Aero Jackson on September 6 on my flight from Wichita to Leesburg FL in my C182. Mark and staff at Aero were very quick to refuel plane and get me a hotel with van service. Hilton in Jackson...Excellent hotel, business center, food and van service. Aero Jackson is a very clean, friendly, professional FBO.

On June 21st, my family and I made a fuel stop at the Aero Jackson FBO (KHKS) while traveling to Destin, FL (KDTS). I miscalculated the amount of fuel I would need in each tank causing that day’s manager - Mark - to top off the right tank. Because we were traveling heavy, I was not able to carry more than 1400 lbs. of fuel. Mark was very patient and took the time to siphon fuel out of the right tank and transfer it to the left tank using 5 gallon buckets. Afterward, Mark added about 10 more gallons to the left tank, and we were on our way. I really appreciate the effort Mark put forth to help us. He was very professional. I highly recommend Aero Jackson. Especially for pilots like me who seem to have trouble calculating their fuel needs. :-)

Stopped twice at Aero Jackson last week. Couldn't ask for nicer peope or better service. Fuel price is as advertised.

Stopped in at Jackson Aero on 2-16-09. Karina was very helpful and got us on our way with a rental car. Their fuel price was the lowest on this trip. I sure appreciate FBO's and airports that don't try to rip you off on fuel prices and ramp fees. I will be back. Thanks Karina!

Had a great stop at Aero Jackson yesterday. Super low prices, nice lounge, and quick service. Took a crew car to lunch. Staff helpful with hotel recommendations, but my plans changed and I didn't need it.

Visited on 2/18 for a quick meeting. Topped off plane and loaned car for 2 hours. Very pleasant and attentive folks. Great small FBO. Thanks.

Aero Jackson has provided excellent services to me since relocating my Cessna C150L, (N11445) to HKS from AVQ (Tucson, AZ) about a year ago. Top quality service, relaxing environment, and cost of services are reasonable. Oh yes, Karina is the best at providing you with quick responses to your questions.

All 7 of us, plus dog made this stop. It was great. Good gas price, clean lunchroom and friendly people. We love FBOs like this!

Excellent FBO and Karina and the other staff are always friendly and helpful. One of my customer bases his corporate plane here.. Never disappointed. If you need maintenance, Dave is the man to see.

Having gone into Hawkins several times, I consider it a real plus & pleasure to see a team of hard working people take care of customers. If you are looking for nice facilities, good fuel prices, good maintenance, a crew car & yes-nice bathrooms, Aero Jackson is the place.

We've used Aero Jackson several times in the past few months and every time the staff has been friendly, helpful, and pleasant to be around. We have to wait on passengers most of the time and we don't mind doing so at this FBO. They don't have the largest FBO but it is clean, neat, and there is a lobby area with wireless internet and a crew lounge. Regardless of whether we need fuel for our Beech C90 or not they treat us the same and allow us to use the crew car. On several occasions they have gone out of their way to help us out. Thanks AERO JACKSON!!!

Can't say enough good about these folks. Went way out of their way to help with accommodations. Found a room $100 less than we could. Offered a crew car. Hard working folks who care about their customers.

We flew a Beech 200 into HKS on 11/14 and visited Aero Jackson. All the staff was fast on their feet, friendly and helpful. They had the rental car ready for our pax when we arrived, and were generous with the courtesy car and patient in recommending lunch and giving directions. Karina was exceptionally helpful, both on the phone the day before our arrival, and once we got there. We definitely recommend Aero Jackson to anyone visiting HKS.
