Welcome to the Monarch Sky Diamond Flight Center. We have partnered with the pioneer in new, composite aircraft technology, Diamond Aircraft, to bring you the premier flight training experience in the Southwest. Whether you choose one of our accelerated packages or perhaps you prefer a self paced curriculum, our Diamond certified Flight Center will provide the highest quality flight training experience at the most affordable price possible.
Currently, we offer Part 61 flight training from either of our 2 locations, including North Las Vegas and Henderson Executive airports. Our training fleet consists of DA20s, DA40s, Piper Arrows and DA42 twin aircraft. The DA40 and DA42 feature the G1000 glass cockpit and the DA42 Twin Star utilizes a full authority digital engine control (FADEC) system that is state of the art. With our DA40 Level 3 certified simulator, we offer everything from a Private Pilot License (PPL) up through an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
We also offer a variety of aircraft for rent through our Flying Club division. Stop by the office and we will be happy to give you a tour of our new facilities...

Rented a plane for a multi-leg trip last month for the first time. The office staff was friendly and accommodating, the instructors were professional and humble and the aircraft were standardized so that it was easy to switch between them if necessary. I highly recommend them for ANY aviation needs.

As a Belgian pilot I hold a FAA private pilot license. When in Las Vegas for business, I wanted to fly solo there. I contacted Monarch / Mojave to rent. I had an immediate response from Elaine. I emailed my license and medical, signed bylaws for 'non-members', and passed CC information. I got AOPA renters' insurance (10kUSD hull coverage). At the day of my flight, the staff was expecting me. I was even hosted in my own language! As I had been checked out in an Arrow before, the checkout process by Djavad was easy-going. During the flight we discovered a problem with the backup electric fuel pump, and they went all the way to accommodate the rental of another aircraft. For my afternoon solo flight over the Grand Canyon, Djavad briefed me and even lent me his charts. I can highly recommend Monarch / Mojave Aviation if you want to rent an aircraft in Las Vegas, even if you are a foreigner.

Wow! What an experience! I scheduled a few days with the folks at Monarch Sky to learn the G1000 glass cockpit. From the moment I began working with them, I enjoyed friendly, helpful, knowledgeable people. Samarra got me set up on a program that included simulator and flight time. David Michael, the CFI, is thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, and fun. I recommend Monarch Sky and their professional staff and top of the line equipment to all GA pilots. They exceeded my expectations! I will be back and bring friends!

My wife and I visited Monarch Sky on March 13th 2009 to have a check ride for future renting. The airport is conveniently located with fast access to LV Strip. The Henderson Executive FBO is fabulous. Also, Monarch Sky facility is great and the staff is highly professional and friendly. My instructor was fantastic. We flew toward Hoover Dam (fun views) then to the practice area southeast of KHND. After 1.2 flight hours, three landings and about 40 min written test I was cleared for renting. All process was efficient and pleasant. Please, bring a proof of your renter's insurance if you plan to fly right away. Besides renting, there is flight training activities and Monarch Sky is a Diamond Flight Center. Talk to Samarra, their instructor and Diamond sales person, for G-1000 training, and DA20, 40 and 42 training and sales. She is professional, knowledgeable and fun.
