Frank and team provide above and beyond support to our NY to Paris record flight attempt. This was not the 1st time. Some time ago I stopped at Ross West to pick up emergency supplies and support personnel for a hurricane relief flight. In both cases the support was professional and courteous beyond the call of duty. Ross provides quality services with reasonable fees. Truly 1st class operation.

Follow up comment from May 31, 2018. I just got the opportunity to talk to the Customer Service Manger about my experience of May 31, 2018. She explained the problem and they have addressed it. The facility fee is now $250.00 if you purchase less than 120 gallons, a more reasonable deal. Thank you for correcting this issue. I will come back and sorry about comparing you to Signature!!!

Just flew in from North Carolina to drop off a passenger in a King Air. Fuel $8.92 a gallon Jet-A minimum purchase of 200 gallons for a King Air or a fee of $600. OUTRAGEOUS!!! Signature would have been cheaper and that says something. I will not be back. Not at those prices. Teterboro is cheaper and so is Signature at KHPN.

Flew into HPN with my P337 escaping from Irma. Was marshalled into a parking spot on arrival. Lineman offered help with the luggage. The front desk offered a ride to the main terminal to pick up a rental car which was great. Aircraft was fuelled prior to departure as requested. Fees were low for that part of the world. $20 per night parking and a $5 landing fee. Fuel was also reasonable given the location. Overall a very good experience.

Flew in here for a weekend in NYC. The facility is very well kept, as you'd expect from a higher end FBO near a big city. The staff was friendly and helpful; no one was free to give me a ride to the station but an Uber was only $13 (a taxi on the way back demanded $20, so I'd stick with Uber!) They had forgotten to fuel me up for my return so there was a bit of a wait; this seems to be common for small airplanes at big FBOs. Parking was a very reasonable $20/night, $5 landing fee, other fees waived with 8 gallons fuel (C172). I'd certainly visit these guys again.
