Was able to negotiate a very reasonable charge for a week of parking. I called the morning of my departure to ask that the plane be topped and towed next to a water hose so that I could wash the windshield and leading edges. It was all set up by the time I got there from downtown Wilmington.

Ramp parking (without tie-down) seemed a bit high at $24 per night, but I am told that is in line with other FBOs at the field. Line guys and staff were very friendly and helpful from start to finish. They suggested a nearby hotel and drove me the short distance there in their pristine Lincoln crew car. Fuel appears to be least expensive on field.

Went over there today. Met a gentleman named Scott. From the beginning to the end, he was very professional. He was nice enough to point me in the right direction for some food, and even offer me a vehicle. Very clean facility, great people, very professional.

Great service! Multiple call outs for fuel while working on my IR and daily flights has our Archer keeping busy. Scott has been excellent, always a professional attitude and friendly service. Thanks Aero Ways!

Arrived in my 172 and was treated like one of the big guys. First class service, the owner even gave me a ride in his personal car to meet my family at the main terminal. Will use Aero Ways on all our visits to New Castle.

Accommodating too say the least a fresh face at KILG full service with a smile. Two restaurant's Polodaros & Damon's just 50 yards from the gate. Aero Ways is now on my day trip list!

Aero Ways staff is courteous, professional, and on the ball!! I will definitely go back, reasonable fuel prices, and a beautiful facility. The girls behind the desk are cute too!
